  1. He is the one that is being indecisive. It was wrong of him to give you high hopes for no reason. You were doing good moving on from him until he told you about his "thinking". He might keep doing this over and over again when he feels you are drifting off, so i suggest don't keep contact with him for a little while until you move on from him and so that he can decide what he really wants. God only knows the reasons for his mind changing. guys are weird Good Luck
  2. To fall in love so soon sounds obsurd. But if you feel it, then why is it impossible? Just still be careful and make sure that you are truly in love and not confusing it for something else.
  3. Its a good sign that she gave you her cell without asking. Maybe she would like to get a call from you. Dinner is a nice second date, Im sure she would appreciate that. To see if she likes you, try to pick up signs...like if she seems to be having a good time with you, laughing and enjoying herself, flirting, wanting to get closer to you etc. Well good luck on your date, hope it goes more than good
  4. If you want to find someone that will respect you, then you will have to act respectable. If you feel bad and used after you fool around with these guys, then you should try to stop. If you just fool around with guys without giving them a challenge, then they might think of you as easy...and guys love challenges. Try figuring out why you keep coming to these "wrong"guys. Make a mental list of the type of guy you want now to have a real relationship with. Try to look for a guy with those qualities. When you do find that guy, don't fool around with him right away. Make sure he has respect for you before you make a move. Well, don't out yourself down because you feel slutty, just try to correct yourself. Love Cristina
  5. Maybe he got rid of the letters because it might still hurt him to read them and he might think that a way to get over you would be to get rid of painful memories. Some people just hide them, but maybe he decided to throw them away. He might have his reasons to break up with you, and it might be the best thing. But breakups don't usually hit someone until life start to move on. In the beginning of a break-up, people usually think that they will be getting back. Maybe he feels that its really time to move on for good and needs to do what will make him move on faster. I wish you lots of luck in whatever happens.
  6. I myself took all the cuddling, kisses, hugs, making love, and morning giggles for granted. I used and abused them like they will always be there. I took so much advantage of those wonderful things, never realizing that I would one day miss them. Now me and my ex broke up and I have hooked up with other guys like 3 (not sex, just kissing and other stuff) but its just not the same). I don't think it will be the same or as good until I find someone else that I love as much as I loved him. I get terrible lonely nights when I just cry thinking of how I wish I can fall asleep with him, and even hold his hand. Since I know this isn't possible, I just lay in my bed, pretending that I am. I pretend of hugging him and think of a certain good memories that I had with him, and just remember them, and dwell with him. It helps me get through the night at least. Since it's just a memory, then it's okay because it's not an action. I wish you luck sabena and keep up the good work, don't turn bak cause you're doing soo good! Love Cristina
  7. There is no way to tell if you will truly be together forever...But you should still trust him. Spying on him isn't very trusting of you to do, but I understand that you just want to see if he's doing stuff behind your back. Anyhow, you're only 14 probably as well. so you're young and there are many other available guys out there if this one doesnt work out.
  8. Im glad that you are doing to good moving on...Yes it is scary but you sound like you are doing excellent! Im glad that you don't let those moments of sadness bring you down for long! Im proud of you
  9. I think you are lusfully infatuated with your bus driver. I don't know if she will seriously consider you as a boyfriend (considering your age difference) but maybe you could have a fling with her. Start a conversation with her about anything and see how it goes from there. But just don't tell her all of a sudden about how you feel because she might be too surprised. Good Luck
  10. I give you props for having so much strength to watch the guy you love be with someone else and be crazy over another girl...But to tell you the truth, if his girlfriend knew the friendship and closeness you and him have, I think she'll just die of jealousy because she obviously doesn't even have a good relationship with him. For now, it's what he wants, so just be there for him if you can go through with it. He has to care for you greatly to call you and go to you for advice or for when he needs to feel better and have a better day. You never know, he might realize what he is missing one day and this break up that you guys had might bring you back together and make your relationship stronger. Good Luck anyways
  11. The first few days after a break up are the worse .I feel you. Today however is my third day!!! Day 1: Crying, reminescing on the good times, remembering the bad, hating him, loving him, struggling to pick up the phone and call...just complete mixed feelings and thoughts. Day 2: I think I saw a little light of Hope *still hurting though* Two days without calling so far, no communications, and ignored a IM that he sent me yesturday (now thats what I call progress for me)!!!! Now, I can't find new groups of friends, because me and him share friends bummer so I have no choice but to run into the scum bag. Im going to run into him this Friday at a party that a friend is having. That will be my real challenge. I gotta keep away from him, without being rude of course, just enough to let him know that I'm not his anymore. Eeek! Breakups sUck!!! But You just gotta go through the torture and pain before something better comes along. Good Luck Cristina
  12. As I told you before and as they are telling you now, this man is sick. Everytime I read the little things he's done, it's just plain nasty. It would be smart that the next time he does this to say something to him like "don't touch me" and be stern. If you stay quiet, it's just easier for him to do things that will make you uncomfortable and its unpredictible what this guy might do if you guys are private. So take our advice, and even though you already told me that your mom has no idea of this situation, I still think you should let her know...how uncomfortable he makes you feel... eew and the fact that he looked up your skirt! Think about it...this is not normal behavior for a 35 year old man about to get married.
  13. I personally think it's okay to ask girls out when you first meet them...nothing too personal of course, something like a movie is okay. Although, if you don't feel comfortable with the fact that you hardly know them, then ask them for their phone number and talk to them to get to know them a little before you ask them on a date. Well Good LucK
  14. I thinks its fine that he believes what he does...just as long as he does not think he is better than non-virgins or superior to them. He does have a right to date which ever girls he likes, if its virgins, then let it be. If he judges people because they are not virgins, then that's his own problem with himself.
  15. I'm not a psychologist so I don't know too much advice to give. But from the obvious, you have had a couple of life experiences and have witnessed some scary things (like your father and uncle getting stabbed, and you getting beat up. you also saw then cheer about the september 11). You say you are not able to leave your house because of this, this is a phobia called agoraphobia (which is when people are scared to leave their home). You should see a phychologist to help you get down to your problem which came about in your childhood witnessing something that surely impacted you. And get over your phobia. I don't think racism is the problem because you say that you don't show this, i think it might be a fear. You should still see a phychologist to help you out. Good Luck
  16. You're trying to forget about him, yet your thinking of calling him? Well I definitely think you shouldn't if your goal is to move on. Stop all calls from him. Make an effort and try not to call him at all. Me and you have a slight bit different with out break ups...You eat and gain weight, I can't eat a crumb and have dropped a good 7 pounds. How about this... Try to forget him by going to the gym or doing exercise like running around your block. You can let your anger out by expercising and lose weight! I'm going through a breakup as well, and it's hard...believe me, I know. Im in the moving on process again..because after I finally moved on, I went back. And now I regret it soo much for going back! If you need anyone to talk to, let me know and send me a PM. Good Luck
  17. "A good tip is to try to experience your feelings: cry if you want to or if you need to. Be angry if you need to. It helps to heal faster. "...As Swing Fox put it... I got my own story to tell you about yesturday...which was my first day of "moving on"...(you can read my other posts to understand the story with me and the ex a little better) Well I promised myself not to call him at all nor pick up his phone calls or IM him online. It was soo hard! i was soo depressed and bitter the whole day. Until I suddenly started crying like a baby thinking of all the things he did to me, all the bad things, and good things too. I went to the shower so I can cry by myself and I cried, screamed, cursed like a mad woman! I got out of the shower feeling so much better and like I can finally move on. What Im trying to say is: Dont hold your emotions and try to be tough. Letting out your emotions is what really makes you tough at the end. So if you need to cry, climb into the shower and go for it (the shower is such a private place to cry, no one hears u nor sees u.) And you can't forget friends! Hang out, have fun, and don't wait around for his TEXT messaging anymore. Well Good LucK and you'll be fine with time.
  18. you sound like you work alot and socialize alot less. Are you looking for women in the right places? what I mean is, that as sharkgirl said, it's not going to fall in your lap. Are you going out to places where you can meet women? like clubs for example... You can also meet new women in everyday places like at your local cafe or the supermarket, you might want to start a conversation with them and ask them on a date if you are interested. Well, Good Luck anyways
  19. Unless you are willing to put on blinds over your eyes, then you have no right at all to be rude to her about the way she dresses. Unless it is obviously slutty. But from what I understand, she is just dressing attractive, showing a lil cleavage here and there. You look at girls all the time, so even if you try, you won't be able to stop looking for long. why?? because it's natural!! you can't fight nature's ways!!! You want your girlfriend to turn into some covered up, unsexy, nun-looking girl? Let her look good, She's yours...all yours. Guys are sweating what they can't have. She has the right to do what she pleases with her body. If she wants to flaunt it, let it be. She is yours but you don't own her.You don't need to change her or the way she dresses. Just yourself, because you are the one with the problem. This situation is like holding sand. Handle it carefully. You hold on too tight, she will slip away.
  20. Of course it is not bad. It may not be "popular" but its definitely normal. He may be shy, insecure, or is waiting for the right person to kiss. Just because 99.9% of every straight guy has kissed a girl by the age of 16, it does not mean that it's abnormal to find a guy that hasn't. Tell your friend that he's fine. Maybe you can help him if he is insecure, so that he starts making the moves if he's ready.
  21. You think you are not insecure, but you are. Why else would you want to control the way your girlfriend dresses? You don't want to turn controlling or anything, but that is the direction that you are heading. If you say that you are not afraid of guys stealing her from you, then what are you afraid of? Your girlfriend has a right to look attractive. It makes a woman feel good when she looks and feels attractive...and when other men look at her! She probably does not tell you, but the attention makes her feel confident. Women are always insecure, that's why they wear make-up, go to the gym, buy new clothes everyday, and all that. You cannot take the confidents that she gets away from her! Although she is yours, she does not belong to you. Other men have the rights to look (I'm sure you look at attractive women too!). As long as you don't act upon your thoughts. It's only healthy to look. You should try to recognize that, be confident that she won't be taken from you, and she only love you. Don't head in the direction of controlling her, because you will mess it up, and she is probably attractive enough to get other men...so be careful not to mess it up because of your insecurities. I sound b!!tchy, so pardon me... but i think Im right about this.
  22. Hey, Im sorry to hear that people stereotype you because of the way you dress. That is very imature of them. Although you should dress how you feel and how you like, ask yourself if you should wear some of the things at your age. If people only have a problem because you look older than your real age, because your clothes accentuate your mature body parts (example: your breasts or you butt), then you should just keep wearing them. But if your clothing shows too much, like alot of cleavage and like too much of your butt, then maybe you should cover up more because it will give a wrong impression of being slutty and easy. What people think doesn't matter as long as you know you are not slutty etc... But that's the way people are, very judgemental to what they see (i judge, you judge, everyone judges...fact of life ) So just take care of yourself and most important...be yourself but stay conservative. Hope i helped.
  23. Us women! Guys will never understand us!! lol. You should just ask her why she has bloody mood swings all the time! Tell her how you feel about it, and explain to her why it bothers you. Ask her if she can try to control it. If she can't, then you have two choices: 1.) Leave her alone and find some1 nicer 2.) Deal with it Good Luck
  24. you are the one that left him for and found someone new, and that probably hurt him. Now it is his job to protect his feelings and keep away from you. If he treats you bad, then he's not he same guy u fell in love with in the beginning. He is now taking advantage of your vulnerablity to him and if he treats u bad, then he doesnt respect you any longer. It just sounds like things have "changed" between the two of you and are no longer the same. You are just clinging to the past of how it "used to be". I could be wrong but Im just taking a guess from your story... If this is so, try to remind yourself of the real reason you left him and why it did not work out. And find a new guy that will treat you good! GOod Luck!
  25. You sound like a great guy and a great catch for any nice girl. If a girl doesn't appreciate you for being nice and would prefer a jerk, then let her have a jerk...she's the one missing out! Just make sure that you don't change and become a jerk or anything just to get the girls because later on, the girls are going to get tired to jerks and are going to want nice guys like you... Nice guys are one out of a million so pat yourself on the back!
