    you are fine!!! yes you look pretty from looking at your pic. im 5"4 and weigh 115 lbs. i think my weigh is where it should be. i do feel like i should work my tummy a little bit. it's not fat but it's not firm and if anyone wants to get firmmer than you gotta work out. your weight is fine, but if it's regarding firmness, walk at fast pace for 45 minutes a day 5 times a week and do 100 sit ups. 50 for lower abs and 50 for upper. it's the simplest way of toning ur body without overdoing it and getting bored of ur routine. that's what i use to do after i had my son. it was simple and worked (matter of fact i think ill start doing it again) good luck with it. by the way drink lots of water and try to lower not cut down cause you still need them for a healthy diet. CARBOHYDRATES!!! it helps lower your tummy!!.

    i don't really know your story with this girl but it seems like she is over you. for her to be going out now and being involved in so many things that means she's through with you. im sorry to be so harsh. what tells me the most that she is over you is the way she talked to you. if a woman is still i love with a man, no matter if the're broken up she will feel touched by what her love tells her and will act a little bit sweeter than that. just try your best to move on and not think about such a selfish person. try to find urself a good worthy woman that will love you. im from NY too!!! maybe i can help you.

    wow!!! that sounds bad!! there is no reason on this earth that a man should lay a hand on you!!!! you don't know how upset i am from reading this!! i know you still care cause you cannot erased the feelings right away, but you are going to need to cause you should not spend any second with an a-hole like him. no,no,no. there's too many men out there that will not do that to you, why go for one that did. you must feel very degraded. girl!! you better tell this man that he has crossed a line that should have never been crosssed and that you do not want to have anything to with him ever again. and please get back to us with anything that happeneds.

    wow!! there's a lot to read about you. lol!! you have gone through a lot of things some guy and to be honest with you, i think your thinking is pretty good despite your hard memories. regardig your antidepressants. i do feel like you do. i do not medications. i feel they always come up with some syndrome for symntoms people have. and ofcourse they give you drugs that mess with your natural chemicals in your brain and body. i feel like if you're not phisically hurting yourself and you're not shooting people out there for no reason that you should try to stay off them for as long as you feel is apropiate. i think propossing to your girl is a good idea. i moved in with my first love when i found out i was pregnate ( he was not the fathe of my son but loved him like his) (for some reason i would like to keep to myself in this thread) so we were the same. he like what i like and i liked what he liked. there was no place he went (besides his job) that i did not go and also the other way around. we were so in love and inseparable. never really argued and if we did it was for little bs. we were so happy until we had to let go. what im trying to tell you is that i feel you guys are good together and that after you propose to her and move in together you will still take care of your school, but will have other things to do around the house, with your future wife, it'll be very inspiring. and if you're worried about her not having hobbies of her own now. do not worry!!! she will be trying to learn how to cook different kinds of food for you, how to make your home nicer, how to surprise you, or how to do something nice for you in bed etc. you will both start a whole new life but now as a live in couple. it won't be happily ever after, there will be issues but the way you guys sound you will overcome them if you deal with them in the right way. you better always keep us posted.

    i had an abortion due to my age. i had it when i was 17. i do not regret it cause now that i have my almost five year old i realize what is really like to have kids. trust me !!! i would have not been the mother i am now. it depends on your emotional, economic, mental, if the father is there, ur age. the job you have. put it this way. people say you need to be ready for a baby , meaning a house, good job and so on . but it is also important to know this little person will depend on you 24/7 for you to do every single thing for him/her. wheather you want to or not. weathr you have time or not. it is very tough and you really need to know what you want to do. cause you can be bringing a humand being to this crazy corrupted unfair world without being aware of what is really like to have a kid. think about it and make the right decission for you, the father of the unborn and the unborn itself.

    hormonal change!! it happeneds for the first three months to some females. i had an easy pregnancy. never got sick, never got cravings and my stomach was small. i wore matermity clothes until i was 9 months. b4 that i wore my same clothes.

    wow!!! yes, the guy (my bf) is for me. and im trying to find out if a divorce cause him 5 grand, cause that's what they've said to him. does anybody know how long the process is? is there a website i can go to that he can visit 2 get a cheap divorce?

    i need to find out how much a divorce is. male with 1 kid whom the mother will stay with. they were married for 3 or 4 years and separated for 3 or four also. the reson, they were not happy together. (i guess irreconcible differences) i guess!!! no property dispute or anything. please help and let me know what the prices range. thanks a lot!!! will apreciate it.

    cause i know theres some that don't, i might have expressed myself wrong, i feel like some guys seeing the oportunity to cheat and get away with it do it. ( I know girls do the same but im not dating a girl that's y i say guys cause my focus is on the guys) so i was wondering in what case do guys decide ur girl is a good girl and don't cheat. cause ever since my man left on vacation he says all he does is to think of me, so i was wondering if it's true. and like i said he sounds honest to me. but then there have been relationships that guys and girls cheat and act like they're massively in love with their partners. and they don't even show any signs of cheating. that's y i decided to ask. so that some males tell me how big is the temptation when you guys go away.? or how much is it in ur mind?

    that's nice you did a background check, yes i did break up with him. it lasted a week. i know it was very weak from my side. but it did work. cause he has been more involved with my son and has bee coming to my house like he used to. regarding his wife (separated) i have no doubts about them anymore. i swear!! and i do thinky ur right maybe the fact that so far he has not gotten to that next level that makes me feel a little insecure. cause if there would be no rush from my part regarding me wanting to move forward than i consider our relationship an 8 (out of 1-10). matter of fact i wanted to mention that he had offered to buy a house in jamaica for us to go live there and i wanted to know anyones opinion as why he offers for us to go live there and not here together. i asked him in a text msg and i said that he offers that cause he wants to take me there and abandoned me there. ( as a joke) and he responded as a joke yes you got it. im very confused cause he seems to want to go there but not right now, we do have a great relationship. i do not lie about that, but i wonder if it'll go further than that. he says it will with time. ??????????????

    i am so thankful for the fast reply. ever since i started posting it's been that way. thanks all of you for that. by the way i know women cheat i have three close friends and 2 of them cheat constantly. no my parents did not cheat, and matter of fact i do not cheat cause the girls and guys that cheat and break hearts inspire me of not doing so. isn't that funny? i do admire and love it when people do not cheat. congratulations to all of us that do not... and to the people of do cheat don't feel offended cause i have nothing bad to say about you personally. everyone has their own lives and can choose 2 do anything they want weather is good or bad. ( i do not like to criticized anyone) so like i was saying. i just want to know if he tells me the truth about this like i do. he seems very honest!! and we have no jelousy issues but does that sound like my guy loves me and would not cheat? what are the things that do not allow guys to cheat?

    Girl, U Wonder Some Weird Things... Hahaha, It's Ok Cause We All Do. Im Actuaqlly With A Jamaican Guy (100%) . And Im Salvadorian. (ca) I Am 100% (we Were Born There, And Parents Also) We Both Love Our Food And Culture. Matter Of Fact Both Countries Are Tropical And Pretty Similar At Some Point. But There Are Alot Of Differences, And If I Got Ur Question Right, I Would Say Things Will Go As Far As Any Of You Will Let It. If You Want To Please Ur Man And Surprise Him With Dishes From His Country Or Just Some Traditional Celebration It's Cool. But If You Both Like Ur Background And Respect Each Other's Believes Im Sure It Won't Be Like Someone Is Taking Over Somone Else, You Just Gotta Keep It Even And Respect Each Other.     It Might Be An Infection If It's So Bad. Go To Your Gynocologist To Get Checked And She'll Let You Know What It Is. If She Tells You It's Fine Then A One Or Three Day Monistat, Wear Cooton Undies, And Yes, Order Free, And Soap Free Vaginal Wash. Makes Sure You Dry Ur Part Well After Showers And At Nite Twoce Or Three Times A Week Use Powder At Nite To Keep Dry. Good Luck.

    Please Don't Get Offended!!! But I Have A Very Hard Time Believing That A Guy Can Be Faithful. Don't Know Y But I Do. I Know How Your Hormones Jump All The Time And Wonder If You When You Guys Are Out Where You Know You Cant Get Caught You'll Cheat. My Bf Of A Year Is In Jamaica For Vacation. He's Been Gone For 1 Week And 5 Days, I Love Him To Death And I Would Never Ever Ever Cheat On Him. #1 I Do Not Cheat, #2 Im Very Pleased With Our Sex Life And Relationship. (besides The Part Where Im Waiting For Us To Take The Next Step) Anyway, So He's Out There And He Says It's Been Just Family Members Around Him And He Has Not Gone Out Anywhere. He's About Family, Work, And Me When He's Here. (ny/nj) But Out There... I Don't Think It Would Be That Way.     I Do Not believe In Time Apart. It's Either You Are In A Relationship And Put Ur Efforts On Fixing Things And Working Them Out Or You Just Won't Be Involved With That Person.     Well Yeah It Does Depend, If The Girl Likes That Topic Or Not. I Personally Like To Read And Love Hearing All The Smart Things That Come Out Of My Genious Bf. It's A Turn On.!!!     romanticism is not about being weak or strong!!!!being romantic is one of the things that guys barely like to do now days.it's things you do for the person you love. but the factor is if the person you do it for show appreciation or not that's what makes a difference. if the girl does not care for ur romanticism (which is rare) then don't waste ur time. im not saying to leave her but monitor ur romantic moments. either she'll miss it and will ask for it back or she'll just be fine without it.
