  1. I use to have a butt, still do. The thing that worked for my were the walking excercise videos. I know we are not allowed to advertise for people on here so if anyone wants the name of them just PM me and I'll give you all the name of them. With these videos the time flies by. Good Job Lady Bug on taking the initiative to be more healthy.
  2. Food for sure. I love it and I love to cook and bake. I need flavor in food. Food also can people together.
  3. I absolutly love Earl Gray Tea by Twinnings. I like Tension Tamer by Celestial Seasonings. I like Peppermint, Vanilla, and Cinnamon Tea. If you need a relaxer before bed try drinking Chamomile Tea, it works for me.
  4. I was considering dropping out of college my junior year, thankfully my parents talked me out of it. Why quit when you have come so far??
  5. You could always grab a notebook or a journal or a binder with paper in it and start to write. Just write what comes to mind. It could be a list, an essay, just your thoughts. Or your drawings, doodlings. I have a journal. I write poetry, essays, or just put random thoughts and quotes in them. I also draw in it and have designed a lot of outfits in it. Hope this helps.
  6. I would do as shes2smart suggested in seeing a dietician. My friend is one and she works with people who are on medication. She can make healthy eating plans for them. Also they are the most qualified for this type of problem.
  7. I usually bite or suck my lower lip when I'm nervous, concentrating or just thinking. It's a subconscious thing for me. I usually don't know I'm doing it until one of friends points it out to me. I think it's just one of those things girls do.
  8. I know that Boston University and Columbia University have grad school and Ph.D. programs in archeaology if you were looking to stay in the states. Best of Luck in finding a school and in your future career.

  10. I was a lot more shy than I am now. The thing that helped motivate me out of my "comfort zone" was to go to a school were no one knew me and I had to get to know people in order to have a good time in college. The first week I was at school during orientation week, when there weren't any classes, was to walk down the hall and start talking to people who were in the hall or those whose door was open. I made a lot of this way, hard to believe that I lived without them. I just had to get myself out there and start talking to people.
  11. If you think the Ouiji Board is making you like you are, do you really think you should still play with it? I personally do not know how they work so I stay away from them since I believe in demons, yeah people are going to think me weird. I would just stay away from it.
  12. I get it from not getting enough sleep, stress, nervousness and other things. BTW: You're pretty.
  13. Try excercising, a healthy amount. Please, try to do things the healthy way. No one on this site wants to find you hurting yourself to be "thin". We care about what happens to people. Another suggestion I have is to drink lots of water. It will speed up your metabolism and give you more energy. It also helps flush your system, getting all the toxins out. Hope this helps.
  14. Agent is giving you good advice. The only thing you can do is to take what you learned from this relationship and use that info to do and not do in your next relationship. I wouldn't let this destroy your future.
  15. I would advise against it because situations like this always tend to involve other co-workers and that isn't good since it decreases productivity of the group. That's why there are company policies against co-workers dating. I wouldn't play with fire.
  16. As Annie said the upside is that your boss pointed it out to you and didn't just let you take the fall. What my bosses did was to ask me if they thought I made any mistakes and that way I could figure out what I did wrong, I liked that type of way of pointing things out. I am still a little bit like you. I am still developing my thick skin. You might want to ask for your boss' help to get a better understanding of how you can do you job better.
  17. I wanted to become an archeaologist and from the material I read that if you wanted to make it as one you have to get your Ph.D. If you need the names of schools that have archeaology PM me and I will give them to you. Be aware they are on the east coast.
  18. Yeah I'm feeling it as well. I think its because of all the things you have to do with your job, and then the added stress of getting gifts and all the parties you have to go to and the preparing of food and all that. So you aren't alone.
  19. The same thing happened to my friend. She was great with people and a hard worker. What happened was that the store company was looking to decrease employees. So last one hired, first one fired. Sorry you lost the job.
  20. I'm sorry things aren't going well for you. I hope they get better. I know when I'm under a lot of stress(though I don't have it to the degree you do) I will try to get up earlier than the people in my house, make some coffee, and sit somewhere quiet and enjoy the quietness before the storm of the day hits. It really helps prepare me for the day. Hope this helps.
  21. Maybe you are getting too much sleep. There is such a thing. One thing I learned online is to take a Friday or Saturday night and stay home and go to bed at 9:00 and sleep until you wake up refreshed, look at your clock, see the time and that is how much sleep you need. Hope this helps.
  22. This is going sound a little too simple. Ask about an assignment to a fellow student sitting next to you and maybe that will turn into a conversation. Hope this helps.
  23. I agree with NJRon. The school I go to has a great online school program. And we are an accredited college. We have a psychology degree program online. PM me if you want the web address of my school so you can check out the programs.
  24. Maybe you should try to make yourself eat and get plenty of rest. I know for me if I don't eat and get plenty of rest, I get angry more easily. It could be the same for you. I don't know that though. Hopefully you'll get through this soon.
