If he really likes her im like okay thats cool but I doubt this, when I was 18 I wasn't attract to people at this low age. 13 year old girl are sweet and beautiful but they're innocent as well.     Right on, here's my advice. Contact her on aim. 3 weeks is enough. Try to talk to her for like everyday for a week then ask for her phone number or vice versa. One week on the phone then ask to hang out, a date to movies/restaurant/walk. It don't matters, then you have a week to make her fall.     Alright since all the thing is messy, forget about letters. Its time for face-to-face. The A person that you find annoyin' tell him he is kind, but you like him as a friend thats all and you don't want to date him anymore. B man tell him how you liked that person and tell him that the letter was suppose to be delivered to C so no more misunderstanding.
