I need a title

xgf's cousin is hitting on her, am i overstepping?
Tesseract_Witch replied to dpressedone89's topic in Friendship and Friends
You are hardly "overstepping"; I also think this girl wants to keep you around for her protection, for she knows she needs it. See if you cannot help her to find a way to protect herself--and her own cousin? I cannot believe someone in her family does not realize that there is a problem. Have you--or have you convinced her--to consult her family? -
No fair...that didn't do squat for me!

Why Do Men Like Attractive Women ??
Tesseract_Witch replied to serve_the_people's topic in Dating Advice
No difference? Look at your prefix; "unattractive." It's what you make "attractive" or "unattractive." -
I think he is being a bit childish and simply playing favorites (the gift-giving incident suggests that). But I am afraid I have to agree with Bykoguy07 to an extent--my father is hardly "abusive"; he can, however, be extremely childish (or such is the proccess of wearing on the body, my mother claims). As for the name-calling; I have yet to hear the end of it! Although this is a very crude "threat," my father "threatened" to "break my face." I am every bit as snide to him; I think we share a cruel sense of humor (call me insolent if you will).

Is it right that I'm staying with him?
Tesseract_Witch replied to LaFilleTriste's topic in Abuse and Violence
"Should I try to work things out?" Well; do you like pain and suffering? Sorry to put it so blatantly, but that is how you must approach it; you can offer to help him, but not at your expense. -
I can't stand you, Dan

I adore your poem! -
(This is more so a lyric essay--prose--rather than a poem. It is my description about the "perish" of decency in the world so described by my parents--but I cannot truly be certain; perhaps you older members can authenticicate that). We are not perishing, for we had not built to be an object unperishable; For such an object would never have perished, Such would have weathered every element. But who is to say we have been marred; What is a human being if not only so--and yet, we are only human. Perhaps we have not become unperishable and shan't ever be; But if it requires the perfect blend of imperfection to make matter human, Then who is to say that we are not perishing...?

my life is so perfect... my sucide is just an accident..
Tesseract_Witch replied to calcium54's topic in Suicide & Self-Harm
Slightlybent knows what to do; listen! Suicide is craven and possibly unsuccessful; there are numerous accounts of people who survive attempted suicides--including hurdling off bridges! And all of them state the second they feel they are actually going to die; "What have I done...?" Do you want to regret something so damning? -
I'm not sure if this falls under this forum...

Girls how do you feel about facial scars on a guy?
Tesseract_Witch replied to RayF's topic in Dating Advice
I find scars to be nothing more than...skin; that IS all that it is, after all. Not a third arm, or gills, or stripes. Even if you were to have them, you can trick people into thinking you are actually one of the luckier ones to have such a rare mark. That's what I do with my "flaws"; I accentuate the fact that no one else has them, so they must be special (it's silly to think, but people will adore your courage and cunning for it)! -
What do YOU find to be attractive????
Tesseract_Witch replied to TheRedQueen's topic in Dating Advice
These replies are phenomenal. I think the best thing is to find someone almost entirely different; that includes hair color, ethnic background, cultural background, religious background; and if it isn't already prevelant, physically different. It seems as if we'd be bored and frustrated "living with ourselves" and having too much in common--and there would never be a chance to grow bored!- 136 replies

I heard about that---so it was that so-called acne medication? Sounds like cyanide to me!
-
My younger sister, now that I think on it, uses the doctor-perscribed "Evoclin"--are you familiar with that?
-
I pity you; I have had acne for five years and it goes NOWHERE, so I am accustomed to it, but you NEVER had acne? That must be an annoying and really frustrating thing to experience. Out of curiosity, have you visited a dermatologist about a relatively recent procedure, "microdermabrasion"? I am not entirely certain as to how effective it truly is, as it is a fairly new procedure, but it has a low risk of scarring, and is even considered to be so quick it can be done at "lunch-time," hence the nickname this and chemical peelings are reffered to as "lunch-time procedures." Internal medications are not the first thing you should consider; you may be lucky and find some topical treatment that works for you...you have been up until now (jealous)

....I suppose it would be outragous to suggest celibacy.

...Ice? You used...ice?

I believe that "cookies need their sleep, too!" (you probably saw that one!)

This is vague, as talo indicated; what are you saying?

I would have called you selfish as well, and craven; but you pulled through. You can continue to return to the light--everyone here will help.

why are relationships such a big deal?
Tesseract_Witch replied to dpressedone89's topic in Suicide & Self-Harm
As mentioned; craven people are subhuman. They don't deserve pity.- 18 replies
