hey IllestBboy, i think the best thing that you could do would to just get used to talking to people, maybe people that you dont know like Cid mentioned, i think that if you get used to talking in situations inwhich you arent comfortable in may help, because when you find one which you are it will seem easier and you will be more relax and you may appear to be more confident, if that makes sense. personally i think that eye contact is both a good thing and a bad, eye contact and body language can be either positive or negative, if your body language is 'open' (your arms arent crossed, you arent curled up in a small space) it can be percieved as a confident and positive sign to a person whereas if your body language is 'closed' (crossed arms etc) then this is a negative sign to someone and they see you as someone who isnt confortable within themselves. the same can be said with your eyes if you eyes (pupils) are dilated then this is a sign that you are interested and confortable within the situation, buy if they arent the it is the opposite, unconfortatable and negative, resulting in you seeming unconfident. anyway i think yet again i have babbled, i hope this helps ~LJ =;

hey i know it features around a specific times of year but mine would either be sitting at the top of a large hillside on a blanket at night watching over a city and seeing the array of fireworks, after just walking home talking. or in the summer time walking on the beach watching the sun going down while the water splashes against our feet. i know they sound like their from films but i think that simplicity it the key ~LJ =;

hey all i personally believe in a lot of things, such as fate, i think that what has happened, is happening and is about to happen all occur for a reason, i dont think that their is a lot that we can do about it apart from not waiting for something to happen, just live life and except it. i dont think that i believe in God, there are just too many unanswered questions, and life is too short to wait for them to be answered. such as the problem of evil, why would God want to destroy and harm things which he created. i know that it has been said that it is a punishment for all the sins which we commit but evil happens to thoes who havent done anything wrong, such as a new born baby, how could they commit a sin within its first few breaths of air? anyway i think i have babbled on a bit and you probably on wanted a few sentences, so sorry ~LJ =;

hey just like everyone else has said really is just be yourself, their really true words. if you had fun with your work colleagues then tell them and offer for them to go out and do something, i know that you said that you had tried but they turned you down, dont let that get to you get back on the horse and try again. other options could be to find something that you are interested in and start up a hobby, like painting, pottery, going to the gym, playing sports, people who have the same hobbies as you are more likely to get on with you because you have something in common. hope this helps, there just a few suggestions and you never know they may just work ~LJ =;

hey to me the whole situation doesnt seem quite right, why would a woman who is engaged want to sleep with someone she has only know 2hours. to me she seems easy, how could she do that to the person she loves. if she was willing to marry someone wasnt there a connection between them? i dont know her but to me she appears to be easy and indecisive in what she wants. that probably doesnt help, its just me asking alot of questions, but who knows you could ask them to her and find out ~LJ =;

hey i dont think all these medical problems are the actual problem. you need to be able to look past all those because until you do not woman can look pasted them. you should learn to like who you see in the mirror other wise you will loose all your confidence in yourself, becuase what woman wants a guy who hates himself, hates being alive; basically a guy who is pessimistic?!! ~LJ =;

hey i know what you mean my hair is so fluffy its like a cloud, i cant get it to stay down, ive tried straighteners but when it sees rain it goes frizzy and fluffy again, at the moment i am using hair wax and that seems to work. you could try that. ~LJ =;

hey AngelofDeath, i totally agree with Slagar, you really need to get your mind off your problems, go out and have a good time with friends, and im sure that your mum does care too she might just not show it. you should get something to live for, think of the people you would hurt if you died. i know this may sound silly but make it a new years resolution to get out more, to enjoy life and not to think negativly. hope this helps ~LJ =;

hey im gonna keep it short and sweet since you seem to have been given a lot of information by the other members. from my knowledge it is better not to go on a diet because it only makes you think of the things that you are missing out on and thereforeeee you end up eating them because you feel that you are in need of them. my adive would be to eat healthy food like an apple in place of unhealty food and exercise, it doesnt have to be bodybuilding. hope this helps ~LJ =;

hey i know this will sound silly but he could use straighteners on it. i know a couple of the lads at our school straighten their hair and it looks really cool, he could make it spikey, or just straight down like normal. hope this helps ~LJ =;

hey guys i really need help. you see my twin sister has been going out with this guy for a month and a half and today i found out that she is thinking about haveing sex with him, she is only 15 and i dont know how to get her to realise that she might be making the wrong decision. she says that they have spoken about it, but i dont want her to go through with it and then for him to dump her once he has gotten what he want, i dont think he is really like that but i dont want him to do it so that he is the 'big man' in front of his mates. she used to say that she wouldnt do anything that would jepadise her future and career. i tried to tell her that if she got pregnant that he could be done for rape because she is only 15 and not yet legal but she wont listen, i told her, her first time wont be glam, it would be the opposite, it would be painful and uncomfortable but she wont listen, how can i stop her from making a mistake? i dont know whether to leave her to live her own life and make her own mistakes or to butt in. can anyone help? any advice or opinions would be great ~LJ =;

hey i really wouldnt worry, anything can make you late, such as stress. trust me it is very common for you to skip or just miss a week. have long have you actually been on (as in started in the whole process) as new 'beginners' so to speak can occasionaly miss periods (a month) as said above. ~LJ =;
