Don't waste your energy on this one girl. You can pursue her but leave your other options open so that you meet other girls. That will raise your confidence and prepare you for the worst cas scenario i.e. rejection by this girl that you want.

I like ghost's advice. Make a joke which makes her out to be shorter than she is. That way you come accross as confident, funny and not seeking her approval all in one fell swoop.

Lets face it, if you meet a woman in such a setting, chances are high that she's been hit on by at least ten other guys that day. Now if you take more than a day to call her you might have to do a lot of awkward explaining over the phone just to get her to remember you. I'd suggest that you call the next morning. That way she'll remember you.

No argument there. By taking care of oneself I was not confining it to exercising and toning down, but also to basic grooming, which I think is very important.

Different people bring out different aspects of ourselves. Thats what make shuman beings so fascinating. You can never behave completely the same way to more than one person. We modify our behaviour somewhat depending on who we are talking to.

A genetically overweight person can look attractive, they just have to take good care of their appearance. People who take the time to groom themselves naturally exude attractiveness, no matter their physical stature. Btw, who said thinnies are unattractive???
