i'm in the situation as you are before. My weight is 118lbs and it never increase. Then i changed my eating routine. Before i only eat 3-4 times a day and now i eat 6 times a day. You have to eat every 3 hrs. It doesn't have to be heavy foods. At least there something in your mouth every 3 hrs. Now i weight 129lbs just for 2 months. I hope this will help you. -

thank you for the reply CarterJonas. I am just really sad because she's hidding this for two months. I feel like someone stab me in my back. We still calling each other sometimes after the brake up and she didn't mention about this. The way she talk to me gives me a good feeling that there still a chance that we could be together again someday since she wants our friendship to be there and still go out someday (watch a movie or eat together). Even yesterday she called from my work and asked why i am not talking to her anymore (i start my NC rule). I thought it was a good sign that she miss me. I just thank god that i found the truth to early. It's just really hurt that just few months later after the brake up, she slept with this guy. She's even the one who goes to the guy condo. F***, she never did that to me. Not even think that i am still in the process of healing of 6 yrs relationship. Now, i think she's my worst enemy.

Today, i caught my ex-fiancee with his new bf house. We broke last march and i think they were together two months ago. The thing is i know the guy (her boss), i used to talked to him when i'm at her office. His boss is 10 yrs older than her. They don't have respect with me, we just broke up and i am still in the process of healing then she will do this thing. I am really devasted today, it's already 3:31am and i'm still awake. I am really really really mad at her. What should i do? i am close with her family and i don't want to lose that. HELP!

we broke up in good terms. We still friends. I'll buy her a clothes but also something sentimental. Something that she won't forget.
