  1. Hi, I'm 20 years old and i think my acne has been really severe. neway, It's a bit subsided now but my probelm is the scars they left on my face. Is there anyone who knows an effective treatment for removing acne scars? I'm in the philippines so I don't really think there are that many cosmetic products available here. I would much prefer some tips and natural remedies. Thank you.
  2. Hi ladie_jaye, does having sex with him really bother you a lot? Maybe it's just the fear that the news would spread? Maybe you should go and talk with him about the matter, straighten things up...
  3. I'm from an all boys school. I like being with the guys more than being with the girls coz i feel more comfy with them around and i not too interested in women. I AM NOT BISEXUAL AND I AM NOT GAY!!! There was a time I asked myself the same question. Maybe you're lonely and you just feel like you need someone to be with and you simply find it easier to relate with guys more than girls. As for your question, you undertand yourself best. And it's upto you to choose where you want to end up in life.
  4. I personally don't think it's lying. There are a lot of reasons that he may choose not to tell you. Perhaps he thought you would'nt care, or perhaps, he thought you'd feel better if you did'nt know, or maybe he knows you might get angry if he told you, plus the fact that he may have forgotten to tell you. I take lying as something that is false or misleading. If his not telling the truht is misleading then it is lying, but generally i don't see silence as lying. Maybe you should tell him that it bothers you and ask him yourself. It might help you put more trust in your relationship. Good luck!
  5. Maybe you should just ask them...
  6. I just turned 20, never had a girlfriend, recently rejected by the first woman i have said my feelings to, never had sex and not interested in doing it, and i'm not bothered by it. Well, at least after being in these forums for a while I also felt that way until a few weeks ago. I thought to myself that it might be a sign that I am not yet ready for a relationship. Fear is one sign of lack of preparation. About your drunk friend, for all i know, you did the right thing.
  7. crookster_man's right, cool down pal. If you're like that, you're not getting anywhere. First of all, If she's left you, then i think the best thing you can do is move on. I don't mean for you to look for someone else, I mean get yourself together and try to move on with your life. If you want her back, you're gonna have to stay alive - AND HEALTHY! Second, if she's gonna be the whole world to you, then she's not gonna like you. Attraction is more of an instinct, and it's not programmed to go for the "weak". Get yourself together. Maybe you should sit back, relax for a while, and learn a bit more about yourself. reinvented21, is right, You didnt even post if she was your girlfriend. Was she? If not then i might as well tell you that you're overreacting.
  8. Hi alizaya. Is it maybe because you dont show too much interest in him? Try to talk to him about himself or about his problems. Show him that you care and you genuinely like to be with him. Do you give too much attention to other things when your with him? Maybe it makes him envious to see you looking at others or talking about other places while you are with him. And you said you don't talk to him, try to talk to him a little more, and in a more personal level.
  9. Sorry to bring this to you too, but mar seems to be right, i dont think she's interested....
  10. About him answering yes or no, see enadevoli's post. Try whys or hows. I used to be soo shy myself. It just takes time. If he gets really comfy around you, he'll open up.
  11. I'm a roman catholic living in the philippines. I dunno much about the other religions you mentioned. I'm just recalling from memory so i might get some things mixed up... basically all cristion religions come from the jewish belief that God spoke to Abraham, and promised him that he would become the father of a large number of people. From the line of Abraham came the Israelites, God's chosen people. After they got out of Egypt, God promised them the land of Canaan. This includes all lands from egypt to Iraq(babylon), above the deserts of arabia, and below the king's highway(i think it's in turkey). When they got the land, They turned away from God and wanted kings, who later displeased God. Due to their sins, God decided to punish them through the Babylonian exile where they were defeated by the babylonians and later the romans. But God promised them that they would be delivered by a savior. - This is where we part ways. The jewish believe that their savior is yet to come, and Jesus is was merely another prophet, whereas we believe that Jesus is that savior, and he comes to save all of mankind. We roman catholics believe in the power of the ressurection. We hope that we too will one day share in that Glory of Christ. Most of the protestant religions came during the reinassance(?). Most of them from kings, philisophers, and idealists who had their own interpretation of the bible, the law, or any other aspect of religion, most of them ironically dealing with moral topics such as polygamy, priestly marriage, etc... (14th - 17th century?, not sure) Islam, as I recall came from the line of Ishmael, don't remember if he was Jacob or Isaac's brother. They believe that God spoke to Mohammed and wrote the koran with His own hands. (I think this was some time during the 1st or second century) Whew... I hope you get something out of this... Sorry if i couldn't recall the dates... (i always had problems with remembering dates...)
  12. I'm not sure i'm in a position to say anything coz i'm just a student and havent really made anything in my life but i hope i could help a bit. You really do seem uncertain about the millitary training, but if it's something you really have to do, and you can't escape it, then go on and get it over with. It's good that you're thinking about the future, but you seem to be looking at the troubles that aren't there yet. They are all "if this.. then this might..". Maybe you should just try something first then if it dosent work, move on again. BTW, before you do try anything, try looking for information on whatever you wish to undertake. Ask the people in canada. If you think its better than being there, then its all about taking risks...
  13. Hi, I don't think you're insensitive. I think he needs to understand your condition a bit more. I hope this helps.
