u dont hav to go to a gym but u shud hav a bench an a dumbell or was it barbell i forget well neways if ur skinny uy shud put sum fat on first like gain a few pounds then u start working out cus if u work out when ur skinny ur jus guna b fit than big -

cut back on sugar drink caffein from tea every morning walk bout 45 min to 1 hr every day eat high protein low carb meals an jus bcus a pakage of a box says its fat free or low carbs dont believe it

i hav no clue if they work or not but i dont think its really worthi it -
there isnt a book that can really help u in my opinion it depends on ur body...i dont spend all that much time working out, i get my muscles from indirect excercies

i agree you need to give her a lot of time if you rush into it you might be happy for a while but you will be unsure if she is into you and stuff like that its happenin to me an r relationship might end soon -
i try picturing me with other girls but it dusnt quite feel...right...but the thing is when i used to know that i like her i couldnt last for 2 days without talking to her...i jus sat at the comp on msn waiting for her to sign on but now i dont get that feeling but when i picture myself wit other girls like i said it dusnt feel right

yah of course phones...i found it hard to phones girls at first but its really no big deal if it trubles u so yah. and you can still get together maybe not as often as everyone else but once in a while
