You need to leave this girl, I'm sorry. You can't fix this. She has deeper issues then you can resolve by making her life easier because you sleep in the closet. I was in an emotionally abusive reationship myself. You knew it was happening, but I felt powerless to stop it and too sorry for her to try, because I loved her. She needs more than you can give, you need to get out and get yourself back on your feet. Take good Care Lone

That used to happen to me, it doesn't so much anymore. Durning the first 3 months morning were the worst. Now it's late at night when it gets quiet...so I just exaust myself during the day. (oh and have that nightcap)
