Popular Post Seraphim
This morning hubby got a letter from the pension board today saying he is eligible to retire with full pension as of his birthday this year!!!!! Doing a happy dance . I know he will want to continue to work but he at least he has the option to pull the pin when he wants to after that. Going to frame that letter and give it to him when he walks in the door tonight. 11 1 Link to comment

Seraphim
He hasn’t decided yet what he wants to do. He said he has to contact the pension board to make sure he is maxed out for his pension and if payments would change a lot if he wants to serve to the end of his contract which is 2029. 1 Link to comment
Seraphim
My husband decided he is staying on to finish out his contract ( another 5 years) which will improve his pension amount . He also gets a raise every year which helps as well. 2 Link to comment
