this girl i like is very confusing. She flirts with me sometimes. But Its like she never wants to talk. She always tells me she is tired and wants to go to bed. this makes me feel unsure. Every time i go and talk with her she just has the same excuse. its like she wants to be around me but never wants to hang out. And whenever i talk to her on the phone she will go off into another world and wont pay any attention to what im saying. But then all of a sudden starts talking like shes having a fun conversation.

I'm going to tell this girl that i like her. But im not sure how to. I also dont want her to say she doesnt feel the same way, Because i want to keep our friendship. But anyway, I don't really want to walk up to her and tell her right then and there. I need help on how to tell her. She lives on the same street as me, if that helps. Thanks.
