  1. I agree with the above, especially corvidae. Also I hate it when you see a girl digs you, you ask her out, you go on a date, and you think it should all go good from there, and then like when it doesn't, I get confused. Once I said something about this on the date like "How come you seemed so into me before, but yet you've basically made no moves etc" or something like that, and she got really annoyed at me, saying something about me being a bad person because I went out with her because I thought she liked me, or something. Doesn't make much sense... But I think she was living in some dream world, where I had no idea she liked me, and that I should treat her like a princess and win her or something... I think i've learnt my lesson there - pretend you don't know, and act like you need to impress her... Also, when girls chat me up at bars etc, I get kind of intimidated, so usually make an excuse to leave very quickly. This isn't because I don't like them, I just feel uncomfortable if I have no choice, and they are someone i've never even seen before. But still it is brave of the these girls, just I think they would be more successfull if they made eye contact a few times first, to give me time to think, and then they came up, rather than coming upto me when im chatting to a mate or something and not in the mood. Thank you.
  2. I said that if the girl tilts the head to the opposite side in response to the man tilting his head to the side it indicates this. If that makes sense. The action is in response to them tilting their head, not in response to being interested in the conversation or whatever. Look for the stimulus and the result, not just the result (and to be honest, those replies didn't mention if the head was tilted the opposite way or whatever). I just feel I need to back up what I am saying because it's true.
  3. No! I would never sleep with someone with a STD... 1. Because i odnt want it too, 2. It looks disgusting usually.
  4. Perhaps he hasn't asked her out because he fears rejection?
  5. They probably don't know they are doing it, but they will tilt there head the opposite way to you are tilting yours (and you probably don't realise your doing it either). This is proven to be true, and I would think 99% of the time that if it happens, its because they find you a bit attractive atleast. I garantee if anyone says this isn't true, well then they obviously havn't observed themselves (ie via video) talking to someone they like.
  6. I think English girls are more assertive than American girls generally. Going on personal expierance.
  7. It's also worth noting that there were several translation mistakes in the english bibles in the past. Why did God allow these translation mistakes to happen? (ie the Red Sea thing which should of been the Reed (Spelling?) sea)
  8. I think religion was designed as a way to understand and worship God, and live a good life, and to encourage people not to do wrong. At the end of the day, I don't believe its the means that count, it's the end result.
  9. I have been in a similiar situation where I have been on a date with a girl and din't feel at all shy etc. I decided at the time that I only liked her as a friend, and so told her. She was very annoyed at me, but I still ownder if i liked her as a friend or more? My gut instinct said I only liked her as a friend, and thats why we got on so well, but i'm not sure, we may of just clicked! To be honest, I think if she doesn't want to date you, she would say something and say she doesn't want to go on a second date... I'm guessing she knows it was a date. I wouldn't worry unless she says something! Good luck!
  10. I think some good points have been raised. It is also harder for good looking people to actually meet people, because they feel they must go out with people who are good looking like them, and because like most people arn't good looking, they don't have many people to choose from. Also people are intimidated by them, so give up on them before they try because they think they don't have a chance, so the good looking person probably doesn't find people who will flirt with him, easily. So basically, the better looking you are, the more in a lonely world you are, generally speaking.
  11. Me and some friends did it in a grave yard! Nothing happened, and so it confirmed to us and our ghost believing friends that ghosts etc don't exist. Its all in the mind.
  12. Hi! The other day, a friend was telling me about a date to the cinema he had with this girl. The situation sounded very similiar to other stories I heard, and I had actually expeirenced this once before myself. Many times it seems a boy and girl are on their date at the cinema, and the guy wants to put his arm around the girl, but the girl seems to be sitting defencivly or something, so it's hard. You would expect the girl to lean into the guy as a cue, but more often than not they don't! Is this because these girls don't really know they are suppossed to do that to encourage the guy, or something else? Seems weird why it happens so often - it can't be because the girl doesn't like the guy all the time. Thanks.
  13. Also, these marks are very common. They are caused sometimes by the skin not producing enough something or other, and so your skin isn't elastically enough or something. You can get them in lots of ways, and they are common.
  14. Ok what i mean is, she just generally looks at you. If she likes you she will look directly longingly into your eyes, or she will be so embaressed she will be looking down at her feet, because shes embaressed to look up. If she is looking at you normally, her eyes will move, and you wont feel like your being watched, and she'll probably turn her head sometimes or something, and not give 100% onto you. Its one way or the other usually.
  15. Sorry, but I can tell you it is, and I am. Like the other poster said, if shes interested, she can make time.
  16. Santa

    Confused

Hmm, sounds strange. I think he likes you, but i'm not sure why he didn't say anything when you asked him out. Hmm perhaps your missing something?
  17. Mate you don't love her, believe me. Again, I think the 2 rejections would mean your chances are slim, and telling her you love her will probably make her think your weird and it will freak her out. Sorry.
  18. If she looks into your eyes or avoids your eyes, thats good. If she tilts her head to the side when you tilt yours, your in.
  19. Again, it depends on what you mean. I guess very subtle things happen quite alot (like atleast a few times a week), where as on the other end girls asking me out is alot more rare - Perhaps in the last 5 years only about 5 times!
  20. Playing hard to get is stupid. Sure don't rush into it, but you give a little, you get a little.
  21. OK, heres a fact for you: Nearly every single time the female makes the first move. As for being chased, if a girl doesn't chase me in the slightest I probably wouldn't even notice her.
  22. Thanks for the input. Dont worry Beec, i'm only asking so I can give advice to others in the future, and to increase my knowledge. Believe me mate, I have learnt alot about flirting etc over the years I have been here, and I know usually what to look for . I simply wish to see if this is flirting or not. I separate flirting into different sections (ie, passing on street flirting, party flirting, work flirting, friend flirting, crush flirting etc), and as I said, I usually put these kind of action in the crush flirting section, but i'm thinking it could be put in any section, including passing on street section.
