Hey, I've always been quite a skinny guy and I thought by this age (16) I may have become more muscular. But, I haven't...so I've decided to start working out to try and build up my shoulders, arms and stomach. Dose anyone know where I can find information on a workout I could try without any special equipment? I don't have much free time so it would be useful if I could workout from my home. Are there any special diets that would encourage growth etc? Thanks

Hey, I met a girl at work a few days ago, I didn't want to go out with her or anything but I thought I would try out my conversation technique. It started off really well, I started asking her about school subjects, work etc, but then about 3 minutes into the conversation everything just went silent. I tried desperately to think of something to talk about but I couldn't. Anyone got any advice on what I could of talked about in that situation? Thanks

No, I don't think he dose. I have a weird feeling that she likes me, but im not sure. Every time he's around her and sees me he acts kind of jealous for some reason. He really likes her but she told him she just wanted to be friends but they still go out to the movies and stuff. I really like her and want to get to know her, maybe it would be best if I just tried to be friends with her and then take it from there, what do you guys think?

Hey, Iv been trying to work on my conversation and Iv got a good bit better at it, but only whens its a 1on1 situation. When im placed in a group I end up not saying anything and just letting other people talk, I feel like people don't even notice im there, and when I try and say something they don't really respond and It lowers my confidence for the rest of the day. Well, sounds like she accepted your offer for the movie but with no actually date set. I would ask her out and set a date like "this saturday night?" or something. Some girls just say yes to avoid the question, but it sounds like she really likes you. Good Luck.

Thats my problem, I never hug my friends or anything like that (girls) but I don't really see many other 16 year olds doing that so I guess its normal for me. If a girl touches me/rubs against me in class or something I feal really weird and don't know how to handle it, most of the time I just act like nothing happened. Last week I went in for a personality test kind of thing and they said they would call back to book a time for the interview. He might just be quite shy, why don't you try talking to him next time you see him, ask him about the note, if he then turns you down you'll know hes not interested.

I would wait another week, she's probably just really shy about phoning you up because she knows you're going to ask her out, if she doesn't phone in another week I would try and get her number or address or something to contact her. Good Luck Man
