hi all, i've been with my g/f for a few weeks. we have known each other for a number of years and i've known her dad for the same amount of time. any way, i asked my g/f how her parents responded to us dating and she said they are cool and that they like me. but, we are in the civil air patrol and her dad is also, but he says we should bf/gf out side of it. but at this last meeting tonight, we decided to do the whole touching thingy. btw, in CAP, we're not supposed to show pda if we are dating, when in uniform. but tonight was an x-mas party so we did so anyway cause we weren't in uniform. about half way through the movie we were watching, her dad comes up and kicks our couch. later tonight, i asked her if she wants to do someting tomorrow after school. she asked her parents and they said yes. but she said that her dad is in a really pissy mood. something about how they need to pack tomorrow so they can leave on thurs right away for break. i feel like i'm getting a vibe from her dad that he doesn't like me that much or he just doesn't want me dating his daughter. what should i do? thanks, EJ

i think we all agree that you should break something and ask him to fix it for you. you could always do someting to your car. since most guys like to think they are really good with cars. just do someting like flood the engine. if it is carburated, just pump the gas several times then try to start it. it should just keep turning over, no spark. same thing if it is fuel injected (made within the last 15-20 years), do the same thing, except pump the gas peddal as you start it. just do something simple that he can't screw up. if he can't fix, then call a mechanic. also, try goin to a movie together. those usally work. try holding his hand. start buy restin yours on his, if he doesn't move it away, then try to grab it to hold it. guys like it when the girl makes a move. at least i do. hope this helps at least a little.
