Well the person which is now my ex was someone i fell in love with many years before we actually "went out", 4years going on 5 to be exact. i told her i loved her the first day we started "going out", but she had to beat it out of me couse even though i knew i did love her and i still do, i was afraid to open my heart, but when i did, it was the greatest feeling ever... though inevitably im now heartbroken after a 2month 14day relationship. but thats a whole-nother story

I had quite a few epiphanies about relationships in the last few weeks after a very nasty breakup and talking to many many people with myriad of ideas about long term relationships. I would like to hear some more thoughts on what people think about love and relationships. More specificly why love and relationships suck.

Hey, thanx. You don't know how glad i am to know that her behavior isn't really a negative sign. Theres just this one other thing that was kinda weird. The after my friend had asked her wether or not she was intrested she did something she had never done before. Usually everday i pass by her table during lunch outside in the couryard to go get my lunch. I sit on one side of the courtyard she sits on the other. But this time after i got my lunch and headed back to my table with a friend, right when i passed by her she got up and sat 2 tables away from mine with one of her male friends whom used to be in our french class. At first she kept glancing at me then she just sat there with her head down, while her friend stared at me. By the way that friend really is just a friend of hers. I didn't realize it till later that day that this could have been the perfect chance for me to have a serious talk with her. Can someone tell me why she did that, she has never in the whole school year ever gone to this side of the courtyard much less sat there. Edit: By the way ive wondered what the hell to do if i do ask her out and she says yes. Couse isn't that a little elmentary, the whole "will you go out with me thing". Edit again: Awww man, i only have 1.5 weeks to work this whole thing out, couse school ends next next wednesday. Edit yet again: I can't get her out of my head

Ok heres the situation, Theres this girl (famous words) and we go to the same school. I only have one class with her, and that is french. I became attracted to her the second i saw her but never thought of it as anything serious. It wasn't until about 4 months ago when my feelings for her started getting much deeper. I don't hangout with her nor are we close friends, we ocasionlly talk but thats as far as it goes. I started expression my feelings for her a bit more outwardly, and it seems to me that she also had somesort of attraction towards me for many reasons i will not go into. I did not say anything too direct about what i felt until about a month ago when i caught up with her walking home and asked if we could get together and do something someday. She responded with an unenthusiastic "sure", at this point i also asked her if i could call her sometime, this time she responded with a very unconvincing "Im kinda talking to a guy right now". Ok let me get to the point. When i or some other person besides her close friends talk to her she seems to ignore us and give a respond that really makes you feel like she doesn't give a crap what your saying, and sometimes makes your reapeat your self 2 or 3 times until she actually figures your talking to her. She does not do this when her close friends talk to her. She always does this to me yet she can sit infront of me and sentually rub my head in an effort to flirt. She also gives me these looks that combine dwith other stuff she does makes me think she actually likes me. I wrote a short note that expressed my feelings for her and placed it in her book bag, and i know it was affetive couse of the way she looked at me that same day after she found it. I was really confused about how she felt so i got a friend of mine to ask her during french while i whent to another class wether or not she really liked me. According to him she answered him in that same tone and way that i mentioned above, uncarring and like she was too good for me. By the way im older than her, shes a freshman and im a junior, and i know she doesn't really thing shes better than me. I know why she acts the way she does, becouse i used to be just like that a long time ago, I would try and make myself look more important by ignoring and acting like i didn't care what the people who are really above me said to me. Its a repressive defensive mechanisim used by many. I don't know excactly what to think, im really confused. I want to know the truth about her feelings. But i guess the only way to get a straight answer is by asking her myself in private, but theres no way that i know of were i can talk to her privately about her bad habit. I really care about her and want help her even if it turns out she doesn't want to be involved with me. Please help im not sure what to do or how to go on about this. If theres a girl out there that can give me their prospective on her behavior please let me know. Thanks, moi

Do you know the excat time of day she'll be getting home? Maybe i can give some romantic idea like showing up at her door step with a rose or maybe finding a way to pick her up in the morning.

I was really thinking about that last post, and realized exactly why i know so much and im able to understand women so well. remember how i said that i fixed so many of my friends relation ship? well thats exactly why. Most people are in a relation and only have to deal with one problem if any(u know, like regular stuff you argue about all the time). After that relation or fight is over is when they learn their lesson and gain experience. Well since my friends always and i mean always come to me for help. Its like im taking a bit of their experience with me. So i can talk forever on what not to do, and about all the evils of dating. But i realized that i havent been able to experience that great feeling you get from knowing someone feels your the whole world to them. Thats probably why i get scared sometimes when ive tried(and failed of course) to make that first contact. I always want everything to be perfect so i dont have to go through what my friends did, and if something doesnt go as planned, i back out. wao!!! thats funny im answering to my own post. anyway i dont make any sense to myself. Can anyone tell me im not crazy or something couse im worried about myself.

Sorry for coming out of the subject but do you guys think i give good advice? Becouse it is extremely weird how i have many a time fixed my friends relationships, even though im only 16 and the last girlfriend i had was in 2nd grade(dont ask). But when it comes to my own relationships something always goes wrong. I haven't really chased ( maybe that word's a little harsh ) many women in my lonely years becouse im waiting for that perfect one. Hm.... now that i think about it, thats a complete lie. i have chased some down, and i mean to the extremes. even some that seem to like me. Im really really good at reading people and you combine that with my supper information finding powers and after a week of finding out a girls name i can tell you who her mothers biology teacher was. BUT I ALWAYS PUS_SY OUT. Its like i plan everysingle detail ahead but the one single messed up thing that happens every 300 years happens, and screws me up. Its like im all talk and no balls to back it up. Im a big fan of philosophy and extremely open minded. My primary goal when i plan to take someone out is to make a relationship that last forever. I think i found just the right person, and im sure she likes me. and im planning to ask her out on monday(its saturday right now). I posted something like 2 days ago about what to do about her. COUSE IT seems my great advice works for everyone but me. Can anyone plz review my post and help me out. thnx for listening, i just had to get it out of my system.

Ok then, first of all call and before you set a date with her, have some small talk and find out if shes gonna like what your planning(without telling her what your planning) because if she is really attracted to you, she'll probably say yes to anything you plan, just to please you(even if its something she hates). Have something planned when you ask her, but don't be afraid to ask her if there is anywhere you can take that she might like. Maybe there is a show or something she wants to see. But remember to have a place already in mind in case she can't make up hers. You might want to look through this site thoroughly, because there are tons of articles on where to and where not to go on first dates.

Thats a hard question to answer, considering your life and mine are probably worlds apart. So what may work around here won't necerraly work for you. You did say she wanted to hang out with you, perfect. I say give her the phone call no more than 1 or 2 days after you got the number(nothing to thorough though. Just a quick hi how are you) then don't call her for like 3 or 4 days(by the way is this a school thing are you at work or what?)if its a school thing then talk to her in school but dont call for 3 or 4 days after that first phone call (if she ask's you why you havent called her then just tell her you didn't want to pressure her or something, but dont tell her you were too busy, imagine if a girl told you she was to busy to talk to you!! yeah thats what i though, they like when you make then feel special). if its not a school thing then forget about the hole first phone call thing. Just go ahead and ride out the 3 or 4 days without calling. Find out her likes and dislikes, then from there you can narrow down your choices for a place to go. OH YEAH, one thing make sure when you do communicate with her that you let her know that your interested in more than just a friendship. Don't just straight out say it. Little things like compliments, rose(singular not plural, plz dont blow your money on a shitload of roses until you have been pronounced boyfriend and girl friend by a state judge, lol j/k) but really i single red rose will have just the same affect as a dozen. Im sure you can find and exploit the moments when you can make a single gesture that means much more than words.

Ok, ladies and gentlemen! i think i got. Tell me if im doing something wrong plz. What i plan to do is on monday the 28 just ask her that i think we should spend some time together sometime(OR SOMETHING IN THIS SENSE, ILL IMPROVISE). anyway if i get a confident yes, ill ask her if she would let me call her sometime. what i plan to do is to take her to the Drama Shows that are on the 29 and 30th, which is like the day after i plan to ask her out. By the way the drama shows are at my school and are at 7:30pm. Im still working on the transportation part of this whole devine ordeal. OK, should i plan with her to take her to both shows, or just decide after i see how well the first one goes? I don't know how long the showwill last but i would to do something after that, not sure what yet though. Not to forget the single red (or maybe another color) rose i will have for her. Why does she seem to ignore me sometimes and other times make me feel like she's really really reallly into me? (she's showing all the right signs) but other times its like i don't matter. im always commeting her ( not in an exagerated manner, just enough to let her know i care), and i happen to know i have a natural charm. 4. Theres this pimp at our school thats like ugly but gets women somehow, but anyway i saw him yesterday talking to her right before we entered the class i had with him. Then in class i heard him talking all this stuff about trying to get with her and like 3 other girls. And i think hes got a GF. How should i got on about this? Warn her and ask him to stop? Thats a good question. I my self have wonder if showing your intrest for a girl will really make then back away. COUSE THATS JUST STUPID. I myself lose intrest in someone if they start ignoring me.

LOL , Well i have not worked before becouse i just received my working permit 2 weeks ago. I have tried applying for jobs of my intrest but no luck since my experience completely exceeds my age. Jobs i qualify for do not hire under 18. anyway i have owned and manged my own Italian restaurant for the last 3 years. But was sold 3 weeks ago. I have no problem finding a crapy job but i won't ever in my life work for burger king or a fast food restaurant. SO IF YOU WOULD HAVE READ MY FIRST POST CAREFULLY YOU WOULD HAVE NOTICED that it says im fixing the working problem, But the reason im asking for advice NOW is becouse i won't start working for another week or so, AND I WONT GET PAID FOR 2 WEEKS AFTER THAT. AND I REALLY DONT WANT TO LOSE MY CHANCES WITH THIS WONDERFULL PERSON. I NEED A TEMPORARY SOLUTION FOR A FIRST TIME DATE, i can handle it after that.
