It was 118/77 later in the day. But I will start keeping track again for my doctor’s appointment in April. But he has reduced my blood pressure meds in half at the last appointment . Yay, I lost 2 inches off each thigh and 1 inch off my neck and 2 inches off my bust, 1inch off each ankle and 5 off my waist and 5 off my hips. Seraphim
AnyWho I had the phone appointment with my doctor. He said I did utterly amazing without medication. And he no longer considers me diabetic but I still have to have my blood checked every three months and make sure that I don’t fall back. He wants to add Crestor to my medications as my cholesterols are slightly elevated. He’s also adding a medication so I can sleep.
