I've been reading along, and to be honest, have been at a loss for words. Your thread stirred a lot of feelings and memories for me, ones that are difficult to talk about and process.

I just want you to know I support you, and am listening.

What you said about learning how important it is to share your feelings, and that it's not a weakness, rang true for me and is something that I've struggled with as well. So I really wanted to show support for that, even if I don't know all what to say.

I'm sorry for everything you and your family has been through, and for what your brother is going through now. I'm glad though that you are there for each other.

I've had a constant lump in my throat since reading this. Funny how certain things trigger a whole bunch of things you thought you had processed, but hadn't processed completely.

I peek at this off and on, looking for updates and recognizing it had an impact on a lot of us.

 

I deleted several of my own thoughts, knowing I couldn't be very objective at this time.
