Circumcised vs Uncircumcised

Maybe you'd feel differently if you were a female getting used.

The point is, it's not like you can try one or the other out like being on top versus being on bottom. If you're circumsized, you can't exactly grow back your foreskin and give it a go. Not to mention, men get used, too.

In reading through this thread, it became very clear to me that uncircumsized guys are very insecure about that aspect of their body. The way that a couple of uncircumsized guys lingered on to respond to comments for pages and pages was disturbing in it's own. And somewhere along the line, they forgot that the whole basis of this thread was on opinions. Circumsized, uncircumsized, whatever you have be happy with it. Life is too short to get caught up over minutiae and all the bull * * * * that comes with it. And stop getting worked up and trying to defend whatever you have with "facts" when someone's preference is opposite of what you have.

I actually just had sex with a man who was uncircumcised and it was very different. Personally, I have an odd view on the male penis. I love to give BJs but don't really like the look of the penis at all. Still, the look of an uncircumcised penis (maybe because it's so new to me) is just a turn off for me.

I had a great time with the guy I feel like the sex is better with the men I have been with that were circumcised. Then again, I have only been with the one uncircumcised guy so idk...

The oral sex was really different though. I mean, he still said I was fantastic so I must've been doing it right but i felt like a fish out of water. I had no idea if I was doing it right.

As of so far, I prefer circumcised but I'm not going to turn down a guy just because of the choice that their parents made. Sex is sex.

Also, I think that the organism is really just the preference of penis really. and how its used.

I've only been disappointed with one of my sexual partners and that was cause they just really did not know what to do. and he wasn't even a virgin so he had no excuse. lol

I have had a circumcised guy do premature ejaculation and then the uncircumcised guy was having a problem ejaculating but i think that's because he didn't really like how tight I was.

So, as I said, I prefer circumcised only because that is what I am used to.

I much prefer a circumsized penis. I had sex with an uncircumsized man and it felt like a nusance to me because he had to keep pulling the skin back or re-adjusting the extra skin. I don't care to deal with all of that extra skin when it comes to bj's. a circumsized penis is just cleaner and less prone to STD's. At least that's ture for HPV.

It isn't 'cleaner' by default. It requires slightly more effort to wash (i.e you need to pull the foreskin back and wash behind it) but a circumcised man still needs to wash his junk. And I keep reading that it's less 'prone to STDs'? That's ridiculous logic, a uncircumcised man who is unpromiscuous and safe is going to be a no more risk than a circumcised man. A bit of skin doesn't determine your risk of STDs, how careful you are does.

As for readjusting, that seems a bit bizarre. The only time any skin needs to be adjusted is pulling the foreskin back before penetration (if you're not using a condom this is; if you are then I'm not sure of the proceedure) and generally it'll be fine.

Each to their own, obviously, but I'm sick of people saying its more hygenic or you're less at risk of STDs. Justify things through experience, not parroting things you've heard before.

okay for some godforsaken reason i read through this entire thread, and I just had to reply to some of these rather hilarious comments. Bear with me here.

Okay first things first, it's pretty obvious whether someone is clean or not before you inspect the crevices of someone's penis. If you can't tell, then you have no business saying it's unclean because you clearly have no idea what hygiene even is to being with.

Also, I was hoping "Daria_Lane" was still around (although there seems to be plenty like minded posters milling about), because, frankly her attitude is what is disgusting. Can't you tell a lot of these posters are just kids and pre-teens looking for a little reassurance that they are normal, who are you to say they are disgusting. I don't care about your weak analogies to saggy vaginas and small * * * * , they are normal too. (contrary to whatever your worthless opinion is)

And honestly speaking, you don't seem like a very good person at all, even if you say its just your preference the way you worded your opinion was very rude and unkind and that is what makes you a "bad person", and not your opinion. It's fine you like or don't like foreskins, good for you, thats great, I sincerely hope you miss out on several great relationships because you love/hate foreskin (only kidding). Ok it's "icky" I get it, I really do, but for you to say "it's disgusting" and these people "are constantly whining", just makes you seem awful, and generally undesirable (so you don't have to worry a thing).

Basically, what I'm getting at is that real, actual girls (who don't have thousands of posts on an internet forum where they can feel as if they are sexual sages; only kdding) you actually want to have sex with, I can pretty much guarantee won't care if you don't have a foreskin or not. Besides, If they do, which they wont, you can do that thing like Chandler on Friends where you go "No yeah, yeah, no, I was kidding, yeah, I don’t want to either, eww gross” and shudder jokingly" and move on. But that's not going to happen.

Sorry, girls who think it's "icky" or "disgusting". Just doesn't happen. Like that one lovely chick wrote, for a girl to reject someone they thought had a great personality and great looks based on the penile skin (or lack thereof) is absolutely, 100 percent bologna. I guarantee you if they were put in that situation (although they probably won't) you can bet their high minded ideals would fly out the window.

Although I guess if you have a thing for sexually promiscuous girls who've seen so many penises that the only way she can tell herself that she isn't a huge tramp is by adopting this sexual standard where she only sleeps with guys who are one or the other, you might have problems...Okay that was a joke, but you know what I mean.

In conclusion, girls, that well, I want to have sex with wouldn't care, certainly not if I had already made it to the point where she had de-pantsed me. But maybe it's because I pursue relationships with nice, down to earth, well adjusted normal girls. Sorry that's just my preference.

hahaha!

Who cares if there's foreskin or not! It's the OTHER head that counts!

and by the way I love UNCUT men. But cut is fine, too.

I remember an episode of Sex and the City where Charlotte made a big freakin' deal about the fact that the guy she was dating was uncircumcised. It made me feel really annoyed and peed off at the show, because they made a huge deal out of a non-issue, and if anyone is gonna be so damn precious about something so unimportant, then they deserve never to get laid or be in a meaningful relationship again!

amen.

Ha. I did the same thing; sat here for almost two hours reading each post. A guy I'm interested in is uncircumcised and I am very unfamiliar with it. I've only ever been with circumcised men. It honestly never occurred to me that some men weren't. After reading all 29 pages, I'm actually kind of excited to try something new with him. And even though it wasn't the original purpose of the thread, I really appreciated some of the little tips given in the responses as to what might feel best for an uncircumcised men. So thanks.

Think about it for a moment... a man is born with a foreskin. Cutting it off is in actuality, a religious body modification. I wouldn't necessarily go as far as to say that it's a form of mutilation, but others would.

Sure, many women prefer the look of a circumcised penis because the majority of male porn stars are circumcised, but that should not be a reason to become circumcised.

An uncircumcised penis may require a little extra maintenance (i.e. pulling back the foreskin to wash under it), but for those who know how to wash themselves, there is no issue with cleanliness. You either have good personal

hygiene, or you don't.

Well, by definition I think, it is a form of mutilation. That said, I, like the vast majority of American men, was circumcised as an infant. I've got not complaint, but I also have no basis for comparison. Although I'd have to discuss it with my future spouse, all things being equal I think I would choose not to circumcise my male children.

A matter on "cleanliness"...

An uncircumcised male is no dirtier than a female who doesn't douche - and douche is the quickest way to ruin the natural chemical and good bacterial balance of the human body. Both organs are in essence self cleansing, and beyond an occasional rinse, it doesn't require the obcessive compulsive speed/meth addict cleanliness approach called for by most in the western world.

But this is a subject not well researched, regardless...

Personally not matter which way you look at a penis, it is an ugly looking thing.

I have seen pictures of uncut men......yes boredom and curiosity gets the better of me as a surgeon got paid top slash mine off with a knife a very long time ago.

It appears the foreskin varies in length considerably.

Some men have a foreskin so long it over hangs the end so much it reminds me of someone who likes to wear over sized jerseys.

So personally it's ugly already with wrinky ball bag below so why complain.

i don't think a penis is an ugly looking thing!

my boyfriend is uncut and he is the only one i've been with but i love looking at it,watching it get hard is fascinating, love playing with it and licking it and i've never had any problems with him being uncut and giving him a blowjob...where we live it's not normal for little boys to be cut, so you only find those if they've had a problem, otherwise most men here are uncut and i find it beautiful...why cut something that is naturally given?

It's surprising that a male would have that thinking. Everything has it's purposes, the wrinkly bag is so that it can relaxes when the weather is too hot and cool is quired. Contracts and brings closer to the body when it's cold, and the reason it's hanging outside the body is because it needs to be kept approximately 3c cooler than overall body temperature.

Well well well... where to start?

I am a [regrettably] circumcised [at infancy] male in my 20's. Throughout my childhood I was curious about the look of my penis; it didn't seem symmetrical, but how was I to know what was normal? Near puberty, my parents called me up to their room to ask if my skin had "detached" from penis. Not really following them, but understanding that a doctor would be involved if I were to say "no", I decided to lie with "yes". This made me even more curious about the look of my penis.

You see: I have a penile skin bridge(Google that word. Circumcision is mutilation). After circumcision, the parents are told to put vaseline on the cut area and on the head of the penis. They also need to pull back the foreskin frequently. Why? To prevent the skin of the shaft from fusing to the head of the penis. This is called a "skin bridge" or an "adhesion". My parents failed to do the above, and then thought it best to just let it detach on its' own. What crazy doctor told them to do that?

Before meeting my girlfriend (now wife) I had to tearfully tell her that I was (to my understanding at the time) deformed. When I began looking at porn around age 13/14, I quickly noticed that my penis wasn't normal. I recently looked into circumcision mistakes and found a website: *GRAPHIC IMAGES* Google "circumstitions botched". My penis looks just like the ones on that website. Skin bridge stretching from the shaft skin to the head.. fused together. Ugly scar tissue down the shaft from the circumcision mutilation.

Now, with a once nerve rich foreskin tissue scarred over and dry, sexual sensations are rapidly declining. Without the covering of the foreskin, the head of my penis is drying out and losing sensual sensitivity. I read that some guy rated his pleasure uncircumcised, circumcised, and restored(stretched shaft skin to cover the head). He rated 10 for uncut, 3 for cut, and 7 for restored. If you're wondering if you should get cut, DON'T. Why couldn't I have a choice?

To those saying uncircumcised is disgusting and dirty: What about labia? Your mom taught you how to clean your folds and whatnot. What's the difference with a bit of skin over the head of the penis. Same tissue. Same moistness. Same smells. Guys go down on you and don't complain about your dirty folds. Male and female circumcision are both extremely cruel forms of mutilation.

What would sex be like if your labia were cut off?

Edit: Can't post url's, but you have to watch this video.. google "Explanation of Foreskin with Computer Animation". Amazing.

I was always adamant about how I don't think a body should be changed, especially a young babies, that it is cruel to do. Now that I've been with men, I also think the natural body works better, the shaft slides much better, men are more sensitve, and it doesn't detract at all from my pleasure as I'm plenty sensitive with either kind of partner. And men don't look completely injured and open and naked as much if they are circumcised. There's a bit more mystery to their look when they are naked.

My husband of 6 years is the first person ive been with that is uncircumsized and i love it. Its amazing when i give him head because its fun to do the different things and its also fun because they have the shaft and head of the penis meet they have the spot that circumcised people don't. I think its also better with sex. I love him not being circumcised.

Seriously, circumcision is no longer a religious thing. Something over 90% of American men do it. Why? It's cleaner, healthier, more convenient. It is actually a medically recommended procedure. I don't know why some people are so against it, its ridiculous.

maybe over there it is but over here in Europe we don't believe in it, i find it rediculous to cut off something that is been naturally given, my Bf is uncut and is very clean and it is totally convenient too,no problems with sex or blowjobs at all.....i find this whole discusiion ridiculous....every one has their own opinions on the subject and to call people who are against it ridiculous is offending
