i don;t think the jap/korean girls who come here from overseas are on drugs or are they. are they doing it b/c they are hungry and have to live or is it jsut to pay for schooling.

lolllll, things cost a lot in japan? prices are like double what they are here. no seriously um. they do it just like any other girl... i would think. i don't think they came to the states specifically for that. korea and japan are richer countries, idk about korea... but japan is hard to live. the cost living is very high. maybe they just moved for the sake of a better economy? and then happen to choose this career?

Prostitution is the oldest profession, done by women accross all cultures for money.

 

There are no more Asian women doing it than women of other cultures, but some men are attracted to 'exotic' women not of their same race for reasons of craving variety and something different than what their wife looks like.

 

So really seeing ads for Asian women is nothing more than a marketing tactic. It is like advertising from a foreign car dealership vs. an American car dealership. They're just selling a particular type of sex based on the girls being Asian and 'exotic' by local standards.

 

Never forget that prostitution is about commerce and selling a service. These girls do it for money, plan and simple. Girls of all nationalities and races become prostitutes for money. and many because they are addicted to drugs and need lots of money, and many more who are lost souls pimped out by bad boyfriends and/or husbands for money.

Um, sorry to echo what's already been said, but dude, that's coming off as a little stereotypical, I mean, you're acting like there's an increased risk of your gf being a sex-worker if she's asian, and... there's just really not.

 

If you ant a justification, you could say that the exoticness makes asian sexworkers more attractive to some of the market than similarly attractive caucasian workers , so they are worth more. Therefore they are more likely to be run out of an advertised brothel/agency/whatever rather than workeing off a street corner, meaning that marketting exposure is increased.

I think it has more to do with self-esteem and the need for money, and a perceived lack of options/opporunities. I believe that it has much less to do with culture or race.

 

I suppose that you could try to attribute some of it to the culture of geisha in Japan, but even that would be a huge leap .

funny thing is my first time going the the place and i thought it wouuld look like a dump-its actually a nice apt inside and out.

i can guarantee that the majority of the female population are NOT hookers so i doubt most women you meet are hookers or have ever been hookers.

 

and if you disdain them so much, why are you using their services? if you don't respect them or what they do, then don't use their services, but don't think that average/most women do that for a living because they don't.
