How to distance people I hate

It is not personal, I know some people that are disturbing me, they have a lifestyle that intoxicates mine.

Even them adding me on IG or Facebook irks me.

Either ignore them or block them.

After reading your previous threads, it seems that you have a lot of problems with a lot of people. Have you ever addressed your attitude through therapy?

Don't be around them, unfollow from Facebook, mute on Twitter.

Reset your privacy settings and delete, block, unfollow, unfriend, etc.. That's what those features are for.

Nobody "adds" you without your consent.

I always think the term "add", with respect to social media, is silly.

Someone requests a connection with you. You accept, or you decline.

If you hate someone, decline. Snap.
