I met this guy on an app 3 years ago ,we started chatting off as friends then we slowly become more than that he recently confessed that he loved me 

He currently moved to the US and now we have a six hour time difference 

The thing is he never iniate thing : he never calls unless I do , we never FaceTimed ,he never sends his pictures or he avoids talking about our future how we'll get together and he never made any efforts to meet even before moving ,he also never made our status official 

I don't know how to feel or act anymore so I would like some advice please 

Ps : we still haven't met in real life even when he was in the country we lived 4 hours apart

Please delete and block this entity. You have never even seen pictures,, video chatted or met in person. It seems like a scammer, catfish, someone in another relationship or just a timewaster.
