when I was sitting on the bus this morning going to work I noticed that my breasts are bigger than usual - and no, I am definitely not pregnant and it has nothing to do with my cycle either.

 

What I think happened is this: I have been single for quite some time. In the past few months I have also lost a lot of weight which correlated also in a reduction of my breast size which i could measure by the lose fitting of my bra's.

 

However, in the past 2 months the possibility of a new relationship has dawned on me. Even though I haven't slept with him (yet) I think my body is already reacting in anticipation thereof and my breasts are getting bigger.

 

Anyone else have a similar experience?

I have no clue if that has ever happened to me, but the thought of my breasts getting any bigger scares me immensely....

I've noticed mine tend to be 'fuller' when I'm aroused (during sex, masturbation, or just when i'm plain excited lol).

no, my breasts never seem to get any bigger no matter how aroused or anticipating I am, and I would wear an A cup if I wore bras. However that is actually a good thing since I am a straight guy I guess.

I notice that my wife's breasts get bigger when she's turned on or aroused.

this only happens to me after bench press.

 

i had a few exs that this happened to. it was usually followed by pms.

I'm just glad that I have kept all the bigger bra's from before my weight loss - now I am at a perfect ( shape with the same size breast as before. I hope he knows how lucky he is - and if they keep growing, maybe he should be the one to take me shopping.

 

The funny thing is that a number of girlfriends have also noted the change (yeah I know, I am really lucky to have such good friends!) and want to know my "recipe" - which I can only attribute to being happy and in love.

 

As to pms, i am so glad that i don't have to struggle with that (and no, so far no guy ever complaint either!).

i would like you to do a scientific measurement of this, so you can prove that size is changing, not just casual observations.

working under the assumption that my bras didn't shrink all of a sudden and noticing that they absolutely don't fit anymore, I am convinced that the observed growth is scientifically significant as well as unbiased.

hm. have you controlled for bra shrinkage due to washing and drying? or what about loss of elasticity of the bras over time? this is quite noticible in the hook region.

annie24: I have controlled for shrinkage and washing, i.e. my sample size is significantly big and diverse enough. Both a t-test and a wilcoxon's rank test were significant ;-)

Maybe you regained some weight? They do say that breasts can increase up to 25% in size during sexual arousal, but that's pretty much just during the act ...

no i definitely haven't regained any weight, since i just dropped another jeans size
