I agree with lillady898. If he's not able to talk to you at all times, then so be it. Be happy with the times you do get to speak to him. Just because he's trying to make a life for himself doesn't mean he lost interest.

I'd probably go for option 2 or 3. Though Im going more for 2. As 3 is more of an 'in the mood' kinda thing. N i guess uve gotta get it through to her, that your a serious kinda guy. (if u r that is)

Wow, some story. Im in the same situation, sucks doesnt it? and though Im probably about 9 years younger, I know how you feel. But I find that every person I know, has told me to end it, that I'll only get hurt, and that long distance relationships don't work. I'm determined to prove them wrong, because I know its love, and distance or physical contact shouldnt matter when it comes to love. Though it would be nice So I'd say don't give up, you've gotten this far, why give up now?
