CarnelianButterfly
Depends on the thong. Some are comfy, especially VS cotton, I wear them with some of my lighter weight pants when I don't feel like sporting a visible panty line. I don't like any underwear that feels like its falling off, some of the low rise stuff is a struggle to keep up. I like boyshorts and hipsters more, though, they protect my skin from my pants (stupid sensitive skin). Link to comment
annie24
Just say no to butt floss. i agree!!!!! VS cotton briefs for me, thanks. the only time i wear then thong is if i know i won't be wearing it more more than 5 minutes. Link to comment
ghostdog
I will NOT date a girl that will not wear thongs or g-strings... my ex would only wear regular underwear when Aunt FLo was visiting... no thongs, no g-strings... DEAL BREAKER for me Link to comment

shellderella
I find them way more comfortable than regular underwear... at least its only a thin bit of fabric there, and not the whole backside riding up. Maybe its cause I do a lot of running and normal underwear rides up there way more than a nice thin thong does. Link to comment

Knickers do you mean? I mostly wear shorts. Jeans or cords. Just never been a problem for me other than when I (rarely) wear a dress. Link to comment
WickedSunrise
I actually find them comfortable, depending on the ones you buy. But its all personal preference of course! Link to comment
g84
thanks for your replies everyone ! ghostdog, you don't find other styles of underwear attractive/sexy at all, though? There is so much variety. *shrugs* Link to comment
Scorpion Fury
I feel sexiest in my control top panty hose and girdle. Link to comment
Blue Spiral
I've repeatedly called my Congressman and told him to make thongs mandatory for (virtually) all women under the age of forty, but, he keeps hanging up on me. I have never been involved with a woman that didn't wear them. I frankly consider it a red flag. I am pro-boyshorts as well, however. Link to comment
g84
A 'red flag'? lol i hope that's a joke Link to comment

quirky
Just say no to butt floss. hahahaha! I kinda wear everything appart from plain cotton underwear (I don't feel feminine or sexy in those). I have an obsession with underwear. If I had lots of money and a boyfriend I think I'd spend $100 a week EASILY on lingerie. I love things with frills, ribbons, laces. I actually have a ballarina thong!! Link to comment
Miss Firecracker
I hate them. And they do cause infections. That's all I need to know about them. Link to comment

Melting
I luv wearing thongs, I have worn them for a very long time now. Very occasionally I will wear another form of underwear and they feel very uncomfortable. Link to comment
dangletsbang
I don't understand how they cause infections unless.. 1) You wear them ridiculously tight/too small and constantly wear ones that aren't made of breathable material. 2) You don't know what a shower + soap are. I wear them constantly..90% of mine are 100% cotton..the other 10% are for 'sexy' occasions or going out. When I wear boy shorts or regular bikini panties..they welcome themselves into my crack even more so than my thongs do..I can't feel the thongs..but I can feel the others due to all the extra fabric.
