I posted a thread earlier today about how my bf and I broke up yesterday, and how sad and depressed I am because I am also pregnant. Anyhow, he just sent this text not even five minutes ago "I hope you realize what a good man you had that you let slip away!" I didn't reply back. Should I just ignore it? What type of response does he expect? I dunno...

Ignore it.. anybody who sends a message like that is simply baiting you and looking to get a rise out of you. Don't rise to the bait..just ignore it. I read your other post...he is a real loser. Just focus on keeping well for the baby. You are pregnant and he is deliberately goading you after he was the one who walked away and has been trampling all over you. Don't dignify his immature text with a response.

If you want him back then suggest that the two of you meet and talk about how to put the relationship back together. Don't respond directly to his comment in the text but just suggest the meeting.

Personally I find that disgustingly selfish. The classy, mature, nice guy will just realize who, and what he is following a breakup, and be secure in that knowledge. But above all not publicize it!
