ok music guy this could be one of 2 things # 1 ur gurl friend doesn't have alot of self confidence or she is just fishing for compliments, if i were u i would say fishing for compliments b/c i am 5'5 and 118 plb and i do that all the time...she says something about her that you think is untrue and she is saying that because she wants you to tell her that she is beutiful and she wants to feel good about herself and she will by u telling her that when ever she says somthing like that...here's a hint for all you guys...if a gurl u kno is always putting herself down about something compliment over and over again....but to answer your first question with out getting off subject gurls are think this because they are under constant peer presure from class mates and also from what is promoted on tv with skinny models in maginzes and actresses and actors on tv they feel like they are ugly so they are constanly putting there self down b/c of that b/c they feel like they are not good enough ~shortstop543

hey, my boy friend is very popular, not all that cute but every one knows him and every gurl likes him. and he flirts all the time. and it gets me so so so jealous and he does it right in front of my face. for example today he was walking me to my class and we were flirting and every thing then he says wait hold on and i was like ok then this cute little gurl comes up and starts walking with us and he puts his arm around her and starts walking wth her!!! and another thing i was walkig up to him one day and i sat right beside him, he didn't even ignollege my existence and started flirting with this gurl( touching her knees, playing with her hair...)and it made me so mad!!!!! and when i say somethen to him about it he is like oh we are just friends or he would say u just need to chill and then he gets mad @ me about what i said!!! but still i mean i dont kno if he relizes when he is doing it that or maybe he just doesn't care i mean i do flirt to but not that much and i don't do it where he can see me let alone know my conversation like he does!!!! he just gets me so irratided am i in the wrong here about being mad with this problem or am i just being to jaelous............???? ~shortstop543

hey, well just recently i started to date this guy named preston. i have always favored older guys. well preston is 18 and i am 14 and he is a senoir and popular and i am a freshman. through the day when i see him @ school he seems like he doesn't want to talk to me in front of his friends. like today after the dissmisal bell rang i was talkin to him and then he was like i will be right back and he walked like 3 feet away and started talkin to this group of cheerleaders and acted like he didn't even know me and he flirted with alot of gurls like right in front of my face. and he does it all the time. like we will be talking and he will see a gurl pass by and call out there name and just start flirting with them and he never introduces me to his friends and when he does he does says anyhting about him dating me his friends probally just think i follow him around or something it almost seems like i am his little secret because i am so young, but on the other side when we talk on the phone he talks to me like i am his gurl friend and we kiss from time to time anmd when i with him i feel like i am on top of the world and every time i see him he takes my breath away and my heart starts beating faster and he says he feel the same way bout me but if he does it surely doesn't show.....please give me some advice about him!!! ~shortstop543

Hey, what i think is there is really no way that you can make sure that you will never break up....it is just fate and fate is gonna happen. But this will help you not break up. First Don't start fighting over little things in the end all the little fights will turn into 1 big fight. Diffinently, do not flirt with other people. word with get around to her,( trust me) and then the big green jealously monster will come out she will think that she isn't good enough 4 u 2 flirt with her and then make sure u always thank her for what she does for you, and a gurl loves to be complimented to, b/c were always insecure about how we look. one last thing is do the same things that you did when yall first started goin out, if u don't then the relationship fire will die down and go out and it will be boring and then either she will break up with u or cheat on u trust me i have had it happen to me before.
