I like myself to be WAXED, Brazilian with only a tiny strip.... feels sooo much nicer than that shaving bristle.

 

I definitely like a guy to be trimmed, if I'm going to lie with my legs spread open while a stranger-lady at the spa nearly rips out my inner linings, he can take the 5 seconds to go snip snip..

 

and if my guy is going to like me doing anything near his backdoor, I'd appreciate a shave or trim there if he wants my mouth to be anywhere near it!!!

I'm a guy and I don't know if It's socially accepted to shave or not.

I prefer a short trim for myself (those battery-operated bikini-trimmers are great!), and shaved only the areas that may be visible when I'm wearing a bikini. I prefer a mostly natural look for guys, maybe with just a tad of trimming so things don't get too out of control.

As far as socially acceptable, I think it is only how you see it. Oh, and I use clippers. Otherwise, we are talking hairy (yeah, I know). ;-)

Well I have to say, if you are going to be "bald" the best is to wax. Shaving justs seems to leave a sandpaper stubble (unless you shave 10 minutes before sex) and usually a shaving rash.

 

My partner waxes and you get at least a week of smooth skin by waxing. If you don't want to wax then I think trimming is better than shaving.

This is probably because I'm from the 1970s, but it just seems to me that there's supposed to be full bush. A bald or trimmed pubis just looks odd to me.

Ive been shaving completely for about 8 years...and I dont have the sandpaper problem...to avoid the razor burn though..a hint is to exfoliate first..particularly the mons pubis because pubic hair is so coarse that if you dont it can cause uncomfortable and unnattractive bumps when it regrows.

 

I shave every other day on top..and everyday on the labia area and no probs, no complaints.

 

For a guy..I like the trimming
