Guy once said he doesn’t have a feeling for you but want to video call you every week (long distance&known each other for 5 years) what’s the reason?

He doesnt have anything better going on. Just because he wants to video call you, doesnt mean he has feelings. He literally told you he doesnt. It just means he is bored and wants attention.

I have also taught him to play an instrument but tbh, I feel like he is interested in me but when I asked him directly he said he didn’t have that kind of feeling but he once admitted that he’s confused.

Confused means NO.  I wouldn't do this because you'll feel attached and get hurt.  Let him beat to his own drum you taught him to play.
