If someone cancels on me twice without a good emergency reason -unless the plan was tentative -I'm not making another plan one on one where my time isn't respected. That's long enough for me to know that person is not a person who acts reliably or respectful of my time. If the person reschedules right away for a time convenient to me and shows up on time, etc that's a bit different but not ok of it's a regular occurrence with no advance notice. 1 Link to comment
