I had a friend who acted like this woman. When she first met my Son's gf she went right up to her neck & sniffed it really loudly and said "oh how I love your perfume"....then kept doing it through the afternoon. Freaked everyone out.

 

She would also say things to me that a bf would say......really heavy compliments or say "hello lovely"...it was very over the top. Made me uncomfortable to the point of us not being friends anymore.
