Mainly because the bacteria that resides in the colon. For tossing salad what needs to be done is clean the area with alcohol prior to doing the deed. For ass-to-mouth I dont know how a person wouldnt get sick from the bacteria. Consenting adults can do as they please. Link to comment

I have read some stories about fisting Cimmie, and it can land one in a hospital, and it can also screw up a woman down there badly. yes, babies come out of there, but shoving fists in and roughly is not quite the same....babies are pliable and flexible, fists are not.
