Need 2Bme: Also,In the LDS religion, we don't smoke, drink alcohol. Those two things are very very important to me in a relationship. I have yet to meet someone in this religion that has a substance abuse problem. I know they're out there, but a lot harder to find. (just a side note: no we DO not believe in practicing polygamy or anything else against the law of the land!)

this is blunt, but he sounds like a jerk, and do you really think he's going to treat you any better after a wedding? He does not respect you. Besides, I think in general people are supposed to get along easier before tying the knot...in other words, getting married won't fix him, what you see is what you get, and you can only expect fights and issues w/porn to get worse.
