I heard it again recently and realized that the saxophone riff is just awesome and has become iconic. I'm not a huge saxophone fan, but I love this riff. It doesn't bother me when artists use the work of other artists in their own work. It bothers me more when they get sued for it. Creative inspiration must bend to the will of the almighty dollar.
