Heather Dawn Posted January 3, 2015 Share Posted January 3, 2015 So, my bosses called me into a private meeting yesterday and announced I was doing "an exceptional job" and that they were giving me a raise! It meant a lot because I love my job and work very hard - and I didn't even ask for a raise. Anyway, just wanted to share my happiness...LOL Link to comment

Heather Dawn Posted January 11, 2015 Author Share Posted January 11, 2015 Well, I'm not entirely sure - but this was our best year to date (the company is only three years old) and at a meeting last month, they announced that a new client we'd just signed was a direct result of me and the job I do (the new client was referred to my agency by one of my current clients, who has been thrilled with me and the changes he's seen for his business). I also had a client who was mad at my boss and who was threatening to leave, and my boss overheard me on the phone with the client and said (in a meeting a few days later) that it was "the best salesmanship he'd ever heard." That client not only stayed, they just signed on for another service worth thousands of dollars. They've also remarked a lot lately on how much my clients love me. So maybe it's a little of everything? Link to comment
