Thank you all. Its just so.. unfair because I am only 24 years old, got the Gardasil vaccine after I was with one person, don't smoke, I'm healthy weight, get 8 hrs sleep, lost my virginity at a slighter older age (19), etc.

 

Right now I just started taking multi-vitamins to help make it go away. It better go away!! ahhhh im sooo madddd. and all this at a time when I don't have health insurance!!! arrggg.. stupidddd immunee systemmmmm

I doubt mulitvitamins will help - most of that will go down the toilet, and it isn't good for your kidneys. I would recommend eating fruit and vegetables. Stick to a healthy diet of moderation and exercise regularly.

 

If you want to take something to assist your immune system, you can get zinc and vitamin D supplements. I'd get a blood test and talk to your doctor first.
