Sweet Venus Posted June 1, 2009 Share Posted June 1, 2009 I deleted my last thread, and am just going to try to stick to a reasonable diet and exercise plan. The goal is workout with weights 3 days a week and cardio 2-3 days a week. Anyway planned this last week but wanted to make the start on a Monday, and it 's ALSO the 1st of the month. I just hung a calendar and am just going to mark it as I go. Gonna start light with weights and reps the first month and work my way up from there. I'm also going to just try and limit any alcohol on my off day. Seems more doable that way. Today I did my lower body. I did lunges, squats, dead lifts , leg press, and leg extensions.I know I'll feel crippled tomorrow, but I like that pain! lol Anyway, hope I can stick with this. I feel great!! Link to comment
Sweet Venus Posted June 2, 2009 Author Share Posted June 2, 2009 I did my half hour of cardio this morning, and ate a couple of boiled eggs afterward. My legs aren't quite as sore as I expected them to be, so I am HAPPY about that!!! And I announced to a co worker yesterday that I'm working out and told her to let me know if she sees any changes within the next couple of months. She promised she would. Link to comment
