Ghost - From your pic you do look kind of high maintenance. Each to their own though. Looks are more important to you than to others. No big deal.

This is what i was trying to say. And different strokes for different folks. Its not a right or wrong. But yes, ghost, i would call you a high maintenance guy as far as appearance. Not a slam tho.

maybe our definitions of high maintenance are different.

omg. i know not a slam. i just want to know what makes it high maintenance. cause i work out? i don't get that. i don't find fitness high maintenance.

To me, it was the perfectly defined facial hair, the perfectly styled hair, the poses and the general air of the pic. Just screamed kind of high maintenance to me. I've never taken a photo of myself like that. Maybe I would if I spent more time trying to look good though.

lol, okay. i guess i'm high maintenance. i just groom well i guess. so some aspects i guess can be perceived that way. i thought you guys were referring to fitness. i think everyone should be into fitness to tell you the truth.

THanks for explaining it better than i.

naw, not a slam at all. i was just asking why working out was high maintenance. guess our definitions are different. high maintenance to me is someone that (i'll use a girl as example) goes tanning, gets nails done bi-weekly or weekly, has to have a new outfit everytime they go out, acts prissy like she is all that, does their makeup all maticulously (sp), etc. that to me is high maintenance.

I kinda agree with this. But let's put it this way: if you were a girl, this is what YOU would be like. You are just the guy version. See?

if some of my friends were in shape like they i am, i'm sure they would take pics and send them to someone too.

ROFLMAO!!! "If you were as freaking stone hott as I am, you'd be taking pictures of yourself, too!!!"

Could be...i think there are a lot of changes that have occurred in the last two decades that have attributed to it.

there it is. maybe my whole generation shift if high maintenance to you then. cause a there are guys around me that seem to take waaaaay too much time in making themselves look good. i'm pretty basic.

^^^^^i don't wear makeup.

I didn't say you wear makeup....I said you might be the type to take it very seriously if you were a woman.

I think you're right and you know -- hate to say this, but I actually think this is the root of it (no pun intended) right here!!!! I think we've FOUND IT! Pubes have not escaped this high-maintenance "scourge".

Fuzzy Wuzzy was a pear.

Fuzzy Wuzzy wasn't bare.

Fuzzy Wuzzy kept the trepidacious at baycious. [EDIT: and that ain't fallacious!]

It's a win-win.

Little girl, little girl

grab the mane on your pony.

Little woman, little woman

fluff it up on your yoni.

Little girl only sits under a tree with grass

So now that I'm big, let me keep it in my - - -!

(and while you're at it, keep your lingam statuary on a grassy knoll as well, thank you very much!)

I agree!! Bodacious, your Wuzziness!!

I'm not a male, but from my experience a well-groomed "bush" can be just as attractive as a completely shaven one. As long as a person keeps their private areas trimmed, kempt, and most importantly clean, then I can see no issue with hair. In fact, a guy friend of mine is always talking about how much more attractive a natural looking vagina is than a shaven porn star one, however, he IS just one man.

I shave but not because of my bf's wants or anything. If I don't always keep up he never really cares but there's never that much down there. but I shave for I think 5 reasons.

1) when your period starts its hard to clean the hair or just keep things out of it

2)the smell

3) #1 is hard to clean out of it

4) itchy

5) just looks better

thats the reasons I do it. and when I was going through puberty I found it annoying and just decided that I will shave that with a separate razor and ya. never really cared if anyone liked it or hated it. I just do it for my self.

and I kinda expect guys a bit to keep things trimmed a bit. not perfect. just so its not like a forest down there.

also when I did let it grow I had a hard time keeping things clean so I kept getting infections and stuff, so I started shaving for hygienic reasons too

The MAINTENANCE!!!

It's loathsome! Once you start, it's really hard to keep up, IMO. Who knew that hair could grow so fast?

When I have shaved completely, I really like it-it looks cool and the sensations are great-even going about one's everyday business seems to heighten the sensitivity.

Then all of a sudden, it starts growing back. The stubble bites. It itches and like any haircut, you go through a growing out period where nothing looks good.

Ugh, yeah, pretty much.

to answer the original question. i don't think it would break the relationship. when i met my gf she didn't shave and a few months into the relationship i asked her if she had ever though about the idea and left it at that. about a week later she told me she had a surprise for me and she shaves it pretty much completely ever since...and i absolutely love it. trimmed i could deal with but if theres alot of hair its , im not going to say gross but it gets close. completely shaved is the biggest turn on.

and just so you ladies dont get upset, i shave fairly regularly too. although it still gets itchy, the day that stops ill be a happy guy.
