my sis is leaving the house right now at 5:17 pm to go rollerblading with friends and guess what dad is making such a big fuss over it, yeah and it is a sunny day too. i soo disagree with my dad my sis is 20 yrs old i am 23. my dad wants my sis to stay at at home all day for some reason -hates her to leave the house for some odd reason. even if we leave the house he makes a big fuss- this is the summer times too-not school days where on sat and sun we have to stay at home all day too . yea lol this is the truth. don't laugh . we are asian too-chinese if it means anything lol. parents are just so damn strict. the don';t like her to leave the house same with me and i am a guy too. the thing they think is that going outside-life is tough -parnoid of how rapes of women, ppl gettin beat up guys and gals-swarmings, dad just said don't leave the house-"your just asking for trouble". -meaning some ppl might want to fight with u, gangs..... well bad stuff u hear from the media and news of young ppl. well till i move out its going be like this , maybe that why i don;t want to tell my gf or date that i have a certain time table-parents are just so damn strict of leaving the house. if i do maybe i can only see her in the afternoon only. evenings and nights are out of the questions

man it suxs find out my sis is like dating or being with a guy -this is her second guy and she is 3 yrs younger than me. damnnnn first guy was from meeting from work. i feel so inferior about this. anyways even if i had a gf where the heck would we do it -i live at home remember. my sis dating another is defeintly a blow to me hurts my eagle. who nows she might not even be a virgin, yea and i am.maybe mom thinks that she dating a guy is ok b/c the guy pays and .... while i date a girl i would have to pay and my folks are soo cheap they don't want me to waste money even if it is my money.maybe they just give her more freedom than me sometimes it sure seems like that. even wasting 5 dollars to my folks is like 500 dollars to normal ppl.

other than movies like "The Notebook", Message in a Bottle are there any good dating, relationship, romance , bf/gf, breaking up movveis out there, preferably with younger ppl but doesn't matter as long as they were good. i enjoyed "Lost and Delrious"-with piper perabo good relationship breakup movie-it made me cry at the end. any movies like lost and d.

yea i guys gave me some great advice i also read other ppl problems and used their advice. good. i jsut think i need to practice and use it. is it ok to ask a gal to "lets study togther sometime or should i ask her for coffee, hang out, lunch first get to now her before asking her to study toghter -as she might think-hmmm studying togther as that i was just using as she would think i was just using her , as the coffee and....getting to now her first approach and be her firend and sneak in the lets study togther thing be more apporpraite. so which one should i do. ok is it also ok to ask her to tutor me in a course she took already but i am taking curretnly , is this appopriate, since she might percevie it as using her. the thing with this gal is she like a loner like me -never see her talk to anybody, maybe ppl in her group project and thats it. she also doesn't smile either but i think she did 2x's at me but not directly in my face.

like i said before there is a gal who glances at me and is interested in me but is too shy and quite to apporach me. u guys told me to just ask her out for coffee or some bite to eat -great advice, yea but what happens if she says NO or maybe. i mean i might see the gal some other semester and we might have a class together or worst have to do a group project toghter were we are fixed into a group the instructor places us in. all i am saying is it can be embarrassing and u might be the talk of all gossip-but the gal that likes me is like a loner like i am too-hardly see her with anybody but herself. also at the same time i have no job-finding one and can't take her out to even 60 dollar date every wk maybe just once or twice. i mean out of school and work its great she says NO and thats it you won;t see her again. but in school u might and work u defeinelty will unless one of u gets fired or contract work. i wouldn't date from work-b/c if it doesn't work out u have to see em over and over again-i got that advice from radio talk show host rhona. do u guys think dating and meeting women from school is a good idea or should i just focus on school and no talk or meet or date women.

talking em is not good enough???? why not intention between words and actions please explain and tell me what to do and say. yea what happens if i ask for the cofee or study together and she says no then what woow how embarrassing.

the thing is i did chat up with her before if u read some of my previous posts waiting outside of our class second last day-small talk but she was still quiet and shy she did show some interest when she asked me how i was doing in this class the class we were taking. do guys always have to be the assertive or aggressor.

man today was our last day-we had a final english had to write a 3 page essay on these short stories we read. it was a 2 hr exam. the gal that likes me left like 15 minutes before the exam was finished i was about to leave too, but couldn't b/c i had to double check my essay-the exam is worth a lot of marks. i thought she was going to write till the bitter end of the exam and then we talk about -which topic you picked for the final, or how did u feel about the exam or something and also buying or exchanging text books from her-she is taking 3 courses that i have to take in sept. just askin if i could buy em off her for a cheaper deal than the book store-ripoff.that way i could get her e mail addy or number. but is was too late. i thought if she really liked me she would wait for me outside the class room door to talk to me. maybe i should jsut drop it and go after another gal. i had a chance as we were getting into the classroom-she was walking down the hall way before the test but chickened out. she should have said good luck on the test or hi jeff to me or something i now and seem this gal glance in our regular classes at me and i think she likes me but i really wish she become more assertive u now talk to me or say hi or start a converation. guess i have to wait till sept if i even see her lol -but we won;t have any classes together as she took the courses this summer as i will take em in sept-i was late to registering and didn;t get all classes i want.

how can u tell if a gal who may seem interested in u are into u really or what u have in ur wallet. is there a way i can find out by just looking-i guess the way they dress-if they dress very nice and fancy and all they must be high maintenace and then want a rich guy right. but how can u tell if a gal is money money by lookin at her so i don;t have to waste my time chattin with materialtisc women. how can u or in what way can u tell a gal that ur not rich guy . should i tell a gal from the start of the date or before we even date or never that i have no car and i'm not a rich guy. i need a way to tell a gal that hey yea u might like me-but i'm tellin right now i'm not a rich guy-how would i say that without assuming to her that she is a gold digger. i jsut can't afford to be with a women who likes rich guys b/c i have none.

first off if i date the gal my first prority be school b/c my folks are paying for it and if i don;t at least pass they gonna [EDIT - please refrain from using profanities] yell at me all day long. i don;t think my dad even wants me to date, focus on ur school is what i heard him say before but not relevant to dating. what do i do if i can take her out one time to movie and then coffee but can't do this every week b/c folks are strict about leaving the house they want me to study-like all day. also i don;t have a job looking for one-sending out resumes, but no job so i only have a limted amount of money. what do i do then. is it ok to date her once-take her to movie and coffee-get to now her and if i like her and she likes me then not take her out anymore just talk to her at school since i have little cash and parents are strict about leaving the house-especially on sat and sun since dad is home. also my folks make a big fuss if me or any of my siblings go out at night-after -6pm so what do i do maybe just do an afternoon date then. i have every fridays off. if my folks find out about her and they don;t like her-then i have to end it since they are controlling freaks so dictatorship. i am 23 yr old male. my parents did this to my sis when she was dating a guy they didn't like b/c he had a low status job-they harassed her constantly everyday about it-break it up

reading mens health they say women love a man with confidence what is it. i mean being a ok student in college and HS how can i gain confidence. i had a gal once never dated her just chatted but she told me if u wanted to attract women u had to be more confiidnet well how. just say ur good at this and that. maybe i complain too much. school ain;t my academic achiever. what do u say to women to make ur self more confident. where can i also find good jokes to make women laugh and like me

i'm 23 yr old guy lack a car is it still ok to ask a gal out and say " i'll meet u on broadway and granville and 5 pm" or just ask her to meet u at some location instead of the old fashio picking her up in ur car. i take the bus, and i hope when i date this gal i like she doesn't expect me to pay for her bus fair to get there. will a gurl be open to dating or hanging with a guy if she has to take the bus to see me or is this considered too low class of me. oh ya if u ask to borrow my friends car -i have no friends. should i accomate by going to a eatery which is close to her place or should i chose a place which is close to both our places. if she says yes but then i tell her i have no car to pick her up in and then she says no, what should i do. i have no car. will she want me if i have no car since many chinese guy have cars and nice ones too-when she find out i don;t have one will she be uniterested. i ussually think chinese gals were more $$ than whtie gals, most of the time i was into-attracted to white gals, but b/c this chinese gal glanced at me - i am giving it a shot.i got a feeling once she finds out i'm not the typical chinese sterotypical asian guy-smart, studious, drive nice car, rich, good in math and school, she goona dump me.i like a western guy inside really open and a chinese guy outside-i was born in canada.

well there is this gal i notice in one of my classes who glances at me i think not sure that she likes me. she is the quite type not really speaking to anybody or in class. well yesterday was the last class and we were waiting outside the class and i apporached her asking her what classes she signed up for the fall smeester. i told her i was signing for 4 class this and that right she i felt was kinda of quite but she asked me how i was doing in our class we were waiting for i said ok. i said i liked the jd salinger book *** and she said she like it too. i was kinda shy and nervous, not sure if she is interested she is quite. i had a hard time developing converations with her as my classmates were around too -could hear our converations. is she into me or not. if i date her and things don work out i might have classes with her sometime and that could be embarrassing. she passed this hard math course she told me which is a requirement for our degree , i failed it is it ok to tell her i failed it would she think i was a poor student. if she achieve higheer marks than me would she still be willing to be my friend or not or date me. all i'm saying is i'm chinese yea lol-math failed too-ok it as hard. but the thing in our culture is schooling is important, i remember in HS a couple of chinese kids my classmates would harass and poke fun of me if i scored a C or C+ and they got like A's, or even a lower mark to be it. i don now will she be like that too once she finds out i'm not a academic nerd will she say look down on me and not communicate with me since in our culture school and grades are like look upon so highly. personally like i said if i work out great-we do these so called cheap activites-since i have no job-rollerblading, biking, tennis.....etc sports, or a quick bite-burgers if i doesn't work out like i said i might ssee her again ahhhh yikesss

i agree with u-lol u single lol. yea i pay for the first couple of dates but after that swap. my mom said in our culture-i'm chinese raised in canada though that when a man and woman go out the man pays for everything and anything-traditonal approach. i don;t now about this but i ain;t digging it. any of u ppl here asian what do think and if not what do u think.

personally i find dating to be an expensive hobbyk the first date is not that bad but if it continues and she like u and u like her and if the guy still has to pay it is expensive expenses for the guy. that is why i think after the 5 or 6th date if she really likes me she should go 50 to 50 or swap. dating is expensive man-one night at restaurant is like 80 bucks -pay parking is $$ downtown vancouver, and at the end of the night if all u get is a kiss well what a rip off. what does the gal have to lose ,she gets a free dinner what do we lose our money -unless u make easy fast money then its ok other than that forgot about it. what do u guys think? they say love don;t cost a thing ,but i think it does, guy pay for b days, valentines, anniwarys, ring..... i wish girls these days well i haven't dated but form what i think in society they should step up and pay sometimes. just imagine if u make same amount as her or she made more than u and she still expected u to pay woow what a lady hey.

anyboyd can be good looking-wear some nice ltohes, wear gel,cut ur hair....all that b*** and maybe extremes plastic surgery. i use to wear glasses, messy hair.... now contacts, gel or cap.... and newwer clothes. appearance u can change Doesn't matter how old someone gets, looks are important and since I don't have them why waste damn money joining a dating site. It could be shyness myself 23 never dated kissed or sex with gal somethimes glas i didn't as hey i am disease free.but lonely and depressed at times when i see couples my age-hey shouldn't i be doing this dating game too! large part on me is shyness toward gals i am attracted to. i just go all nervous and s** was way worst when i was in HS now as i got older its better but still need improvement. my social skills are like sooo bad, ppl say i ask too many questions-well how else are u suppose to get to now someone if u don ask em questions. been toild i was inqustive.friends for me are hard to gain-and i am a friendly guy too, with gf -i bet it be even harder. worst is if u have a gf and she wants to meet ur friends so what do u say if u got none lol-emabarassing hey"ah i got none".
