i run and all but since i work the upper part of the body too i feel that the legs muscules are not proportional with the rest of the body i need to make them stronger and bigger what to do? tks in advance

btw i only took it because i was so anxious i couldnt eat, iam about 16 hours without eating.. only drinking water and trying to eat

i usually dont take any drugs but yestrday something really bad happened and today i cant stop feeling anxious so i took one xanax 0,5 and the anxiety is gone but i hate medicines cause im afraid it might impede with my workouts or growing or something.. im not planning to take it again only in last resource because i have a kind of social fobia when i have more acne... btw im 17

i feel your pain, im thinking in the same right now but then i think: if i die then they win, so i should kill them too before i kill myself yeah... that's probably what i would do before i kill myself and make them pay

no, i really portray the kind of man who wants this i show them im fun,kind,gentle and the type who doesnt bang the first girl i see well.. i guess i have a different view of things since when i had acne i always looked ugly and was always rejected, now that i dont have acne and the girls look at me , i dont go for every girl i see... she has to be special and its now my turn to pay these kind of ppl like they did with me before
