Caterina
So, when my ex broke up with me about a week ago, I literally felt as though there was no hope. My physiological symptoms were really difficult...I found that if I tried to put food in my mouth, my tongue would gag reflex. I couldn't sleep for many days even though my schedule demands that I wake up early. Well, I NCed it. He even contacted me on AIM and I immediately cut off any possibility to get into conversation. I took pride in the fact that I was strong, that I was willing to endure the pain. When going through a break-up, don't think about tomorrow. Just take each day at a time, each step at a time. Soon enough, I have gotten over him. I am on my way to being happy again. The good news is that you do get over them. Rain today, sunshine tomorrow. I am proud of how I handled the break-up. I went out, still lived my life (even though I wanted to stay home and sulk), worked hard at my job, and made sure I spent time with Lots of friends who love me. Link to comment
DN
Good for you, keep it up. I think your story is also a positive story for men in a similar situation. Link to comment
okane24
That's very encouraging. My ex broke with me 2 days ago and I AIMd her this morning. No response. I gotta be strong like you and hopefully it will get better like everyone says. Keep up the good work. Link to comment

Caterina
I've noticed that when it comes to break ups, the emotions hit me fast and strong. Altho, it was a very short relationship...only about two and a half months. Link to comment
