As goddess said, it's a good way to show your partner that theyre doing something right.

Some people make noise while having sex and some people dont. Its all going to depend on the person in question. If you dont scream during sex then you dont scream. Since you are a beginner it could be that you havent experience an orgasm yet or it could just be how you are.

Anyway, my first girlfriend was a quite mouse during sex and would usually make small groans or rapid breathing. My most recent ex would scream out (she was hispanic) "Ay Papi!" and "F* me!" and other typical phrases. She was extremely vocal and loud, and it definitely made me more into it. I can understand if there's a drastic difference in girth (diameter) between two guys that would make it stretch you out more and thus make you scream (in pleasure, hopefully), but length? I doubt it unless the first guy was ultra small. Anyway, I think it's just a woman's disposition mostly as to whether or not she'll be very vocal during sex including "dirty talk" and what not.
