An uncomfortable kiss on the Cheek

At the school i am working at, there is a janitor, he is older, about 50. I am 23. Because we are both Portuguese, he strucked up a conversation. All of a sudden, everytime he sees me, he gives me a kiss on the cheek. It makes me feel uncomfortable. I want to tell him, but i don't want to hurt his feelings.

just tell him you like his company and you like talking to him but your uncomfortable with the kissing. Or...just try to avoid it by backing up and not letting him move closer

tell him you are uncomfortable with it - he has to stop or else it is workplace harassment and that could mean lots of troulbe. But first you have to tell him you are uncomfortable. If you don't want to do this then talk to your boss maybe your boss might be able to help you out with this situation.

Yes, tell him right away and nip it in the bud. You may feel uncomfortable saying something about it now, but it could get even more uncomfortable if he tries something else.

Tell him that you do not like the kissing and if he contuines you should report him for sexual harassment.
