aarti
I recently ran into an old acquaintance from high school, whom I had always been attracted to and I believe had feelings for. I later texted her and told her how I felt. She took almost a day and gave this reply: "I don't know what to say but we should definitely remain friends and stay in touch. I very much enjoyed all our past interactions". At the time, I took this as a polite rejection and actually appreciated her honesty in replying. But recently a friend interpreted her message somewhat positively and told me that I should stay in touch and see what happens. What did she really mean? Link to comment
Hollyj
She said she wants to be friends. That's it. Link to comment

Sweet Sue
She wants to you to stay in touch and maintain a friendship. If she didn't want to be involved with you, she would have told you so. Good luck! Link to comment
