My ex is going to strip clubs right after our brake up

We broke up my fiancé and I were together for 6yrs now I found out that the day of our brake up he went to a strip club and end it up sleeping with someone the same night we broke up! ;( I’m soo sad I can’t stop thinking about it what can I do to cope with this I’m angry and sad and feel soo much pain . Please any advice will be helpful.. thank you

Well it isn't a healthy way to deal with a breakup but people rarely go the healthy route when in that kind of pain.

 

He probably was angry and wants you to be upset.

 

Hard to say much without knowing the situation that lead to the breakup.

If it was truly mutual then what are you upset about? What he is doing and with who after your break up is no longer any of your business. That said, it really doesn't seem all that mutual and he is acting out like someone drowning their sorrows in a different means for different folks kind of way.

The relationship is over. You can't think about anything he is doing or will do. The best way in my opinion to get over it is you sleep with someone. I know it sounds crazy....but why not?
