LC8328
Here's how to do it...delete his number from your phone and block his number so he can't reach you. You don't need to try...you just need to do it. Pretty much this. He's an addiction - a really bad one. You have to quit him cold turkey, but we can't do it for you, OP. You have to find that strength inside of you and CHOOSE to say 'no more.' Because as harsh as this may sound...it's true that if you do nothing to change your circumstances then you can't complain. Think about this: Why are you giving him power over you? Letting him make you feel like this? He's taking happiness away from you, now are you going to just let him do that? Link to comment
ecaryn
You need to seek therapy. You seem a little sick in the head. Your claiming victim status, plotting revenge for something you did to yourself and continued concern with him living a happy life without you are all concerning personality characteristics. You did not and do not have a relationship with this man. And also... He. Lives. In. Another. Country. Salvage your existence and find a therapist. Seriously. Be concerned about your own happiness.
