He broke up with me after 4 years, see my previous post. We still live together. We have a pet together so at least one of us needs to be here at the flat. Yesterday I planned to go away with a friend as i needed someone to help me feel a bit better and distract myself. But today he has hurt himself and put himself in hospital (re breaking his ankle, most likely due to anger) ... I really want to speak to him and say i hope he is ok yet I know it will desperately set me back as i'll constantly be checking for replies

I read your previous thread : he's a lier, cheater and emotionally abusive. He doesn't sound like someone you should want around.

 

Do not contact him. It's not serious.

If he's a liar, cheat & abusive who cares if he broke anything? You shouldn't be wasting one second on checking for replies ever. Don't you think you're worth more than that? Move out ASAP.
