Why do I feel so upset and hurt by this?! Afterall I was the one who deleted him because he was the one who dumped ME! Facebook is the root of all evil!! Anyway, I know I need to let it to go and move on... Serves me right for trying to look at his profile anyway right?! Link to comment

silversoul Posted December 2, 2013 Share Posted December 2, 2013 I was blocked too and I understand how you feel. When we are dumped, we obsess with their every act. It is normal that you are upset. Now at least you know that you won't be able to look him up. I felt the same when I found out that he deleted me from Skype, today I don't feel anything Link to comment

Facebook is not the problem, it's the people who choose to use it as a weapon, and/or a stomping ground for the jilted, scorned, etc. And, yes you do need to let go, and move on. Link to comment

The decision to remove him was initially yours so don't doubt your decision. He dumped you. Thus, it is best you did it first. I think it would hurt immensely more if he beat you to it.
