Anyone with low iron? any advice?

here is a link to sources about low iron levels. and make sure to take vitamin C or eat plenty of foods with vitamin C as it will help you uptake the iron. i had anemia as a teen, no fun!!!

 

i sometimes like to put ground beef in spaghetti sauce or chili or stuffed peppers. if you aren't much into red meat, that is one way you can 'disguise' it. or just take the supplements.
